Excellent place for a family vacation. Extremely clean inside and outside, nice and professional staff. We love the comfort of the apartment, the quiet and the relax that we could have it. With a better internet connection, that will be a place for to live forever. We are thinking come back again. Was amazing, Congrats for all staff.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The 4 bedroom condo's were excellent. Plenty of space and well laid out. Housekeeping altered the two twin bedrooms into kings. So we had 4 bedrooms with 4 kings w/in suite bathrooms. Perfect for 4 couples! Would be interested in booking again Dec 2023 if we can do around the same price as Christmas 2022.

Love the place, clean, well taken care of. Unfortunately I was not informed regarding the large cleaning fee ($240) before coming and was charged for this on the spot of showing up, which I would have understood if I was informed before arrival… Instead when we (Me, 7 month pregnant wife, and 2yr old daughter) showed up at 9pm (with no where else to go) we were refused a room before payment of this undisclosed fee. I worked with the travel agency we booked with for a refund, which was unsuccessful (they cut all contact) and now I am calling and waiting for the “reservations” team to get back to which has not yielded anything. The stay would have been perfect, but this really tainted the whole trip… The Front Desk informed me that this happens a lot… Hoping you can work with your partners to ENSURE that they are communicating your fees and also refund those that are affected by this.

We LOVED staying at this property. My husband and I wanted something different to celebrate our 40th birthdays this year so we decided to find something a little more comfortable rather than a typical smaller hotel space near the Disney World resorts/parks. This property is mere minutes from the parks as well as close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping (if needed like Target). Not only was the property super clean and maintained it was quiet, gated and felt like being at home rather than in a busy and noisy hotel. We also had dinner reservation plans fall through one night at the parks but the in house restaurant on property was easy to book last minute and was fantastic!

When we arrived check-in was quick and the staff was awesome! We got to our unit and upon walking in it looked just like the pictures and better. Everything was so clean and the place was huge definitely bigger than I thought it would be. Even though it was just the 2 of us it was nice to have multiple bathrooms so if we had to hurry and shower to make dinner reservations after coming back from the parks it was a great perk!

Other things to note are that we had access to our own in unit washer and dryer so we were able to wash clothes we wore all day at the park as well as towels instead of opting for the cleaning option the property had. It worked out great the only thing we ended up going out to buy that we forgot to bring was extra toilet paper which was easy to grab with a CVS right up the street. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes/utensils etc, but we really only needed the full size fridge for leftovers, drinks and snacks. There was also a grill and hot tub outside behind the unit. We didn't use them this time around but it was nice to sit out there in the evenings when it cooled off. They also pick up the trash daily from a trash container right outside so that was nice as well instead of it piling up or having to drive it somewhere on property. If I had to say only one thing that was a little bit of a bummer was the TV situation where it was pretty much just standard cable which makes sense because you don't really spend to much time on property if you are there primarily for Disney/Universal or other outside activities but for those who like seeing their weekly shows it might be a good idea to bring a laptop along.

All in all we would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for more of a home like quiet comfortable feel on vacation.

Nice place, villas are good but need an upgrade Airton does all the villa so you are either hot or cold in all rooms.
Tvs need updating to smart tv to watch to relax.
Also beware they charge an additional cleaning fee for the villas ontop of what you have already paid 240 dollars we paid £3900 for 14 days then get hit with this extra charge.
Not good for me out of principle

This place is just great! We were a family of four (two adults two small kids) - the villa is a two story apartment, very spacious.
There is a great kitchen, highly equipped, there is an outdoor grill, super comfortable. In order to cook you have to buy everything at the local supermarket.
The hotel is super close to all Disney parks (approximately 20 mins drive) and is a great value for money. Highly recommended!
The only disadvantage we found about this place is that it does not offer complementary coffee not in the room and not in the lobby.

Plenty of room for a family of 5. We rented a 4 bedroom villa. Every room has its own bathroom. Full kitchen with all the amenities. Gated community.

Room is great but their new Wi-Fi with spectrum sucks. Last year we stayed here and the Wi-Fi at the time was great because I didn’t have to use a spectrum box or sign up for it.

Overall a very pleasant stay at the property, very close to all the Disney attractions and all your other needs (restaurants, grocery shops, gift shops, drug stores, etc.) Check in and check out service was fast and easy. However, we would love to have the staff to check on unit more carefully next time as we did find someone else's undergarment in the laundry room closet. Also the toilet paper literally will just rip as you pull it, may want to consider use better quality one next time as well.

For a big family in orlando i do recommend this resort the houses comes 3 or 4 bedrooms each room got full bathroom, a decent living room with ooen kitchen and yard with outside sitting area.
Also a great thing the location which near by attraction not far.

Amazing place to stay. We had the suite with 4 rooms and it fit a family of 6 and still had one bed left to use. Huge rooms! Only minutes away from Disney world and restaurants are only a walk down the road.

The villa we booked online did NOT match what we got upon checking in. How disappointing! Yes, we had our four bedrooms and all, but the photos online showed a much nicer, brighter, more open villa than from the one we were placed in. That alone was a big turn-off already. Appliances in the kitchen were just too used and need an update. Before our arrival, the agent on the phone had me on hold for almost 4 minutes while he double-checked what the exact check-in time was. He didn't ask me if he could place me on hold; he simple stated "you wait here on the phone while I find out for you, ok? ". It seems more customer service training might be needed as well. Also, the way the villas were built.you hear all steps and running and stomping (what kids normally do.) from the floors below. There was so much hype online (social media) about this place, but we were a bit disappointed. At this point, I don't know if we would return for another stay over there.

The facility was very clean. I was extremely impressed with how clean the townhouse we rented was. We used sanitizing wipes to clean all high touch surfaces and I did not find any traces of dirt so I was very impressed. We rented the 3 bedroom townhouse and it was very spacious. I like that each room had its own full bathroom and the additional t.v. Room area upstairs was a great added bonus when you have multiple children. Though the townhouse had 3 levels, it was very helpful to have the elevator in the house to use to get to each level. The only issue I had is the pool was closed for 2 days which was a bit disappointing. However, my overall stay was exceptional!

Very comfortable housing, extremely close to the parks and malls.a great alternative to staying in a disney resort for those who only care about being near the parks.the cleaning fee was too expensive considering the actual cleaning done and security would open the gate to anyone without question, which really doesn’t make you feel extremely safe.
