Magnolia Dental is a great office to go to for your dental needs! Patient, kind and professional and they are great at what they all do there!

The staff is always pleasant and answers all of my questions. I like this office so much that I drive almost an hour to get to it!

This office has completely changed when it comes to billing ever since they have a new owner. They use to tell you the day before the appointment if your insurance didn’t cover all or part of the visit. Yesterday I was told by Renee after my cleaning, the same cleaning I have been getting for years nothing different that now that’s considered a periodontal cleaning. Renee then tells me that periodontal cleanings are only cover 50% and that not only did I have to pay yesterday’s visit but the one I had in June. When I was there in June I was told my visit was covered 100%. Now just a few days before Christmas I have to pay two visits. It would have been nice if someone had told me this in June and before my visit.

I understand that coverage is between me and my insurance company. But any changes the dentist office is making to my original appointment should be notified to me prior to my visit, specifically for insurance purpose. I had an appointment for a regular routine dental cleaning for June and December. In fact I was told by your office in June after my cleaning that I didn’t owe anything because my insurance covers regular routine cleanings. Now in December I’m told that my appointments were not for a regular routine cleaning, but for a periodontal cleaning (even though it was the same cleaning I have had for years). Again I should have been told about the changes to my appointments in June not after my 2nd cleaning in December.

The worst.the hygienist was very nice but the new owner is a real jerk. He told me the they wouldn't clean my teeth anymore until I went a Periodontist. WOW.
