Went there 10 days ago for cold and sinus problem got medicine and nose spray 1o days later no better still the same issue my thought was they had a doctor not a np nurse so now i need to go to a doctor

I stopped by after leaving Radiology Associates to get a Covid test. Everyone I made contact with was super friendly and helpful just waiting on my results now. I would recommend them, if your looking for a good Family Urgent Care.

Very nice people in and out 45 mins. Prices were really good for paying out of pocket. I randomly found this place and I’m glad I did.

*Update*

I changed my star rating since the owner took the time to respond and also offered to make it right. (Not many business owners take the time to do this anymore.)

The $133 did not cause a financial burden it was more of the fact that this isn't a good way to do business. If there are going to be additional charges it should be stated ahead of time so we are aware of the cost before agreeing.

I am grateful that I can afford unexpected charges but some people do not have this luxury and might be on a tight budget.

The care I received was ok but the physician definitely seemed overworked or just having a bad day as you could tell her patience was low.

Overall I think this urgent care is one of the better ones in Ocala and I would probably use them again as long as these issues are addressed. (Mainly no more unexpected charges not clearly made aware of beforehand.)

They didn't tell me I would randomly receive a $133 bill in the mail from Quest on-top of paying for the services done by the urgent care.

They advertise "on site" lab/blood work but yet they use Quest and I get billed the full amount from Quest?

It's one thing to use Quest but to not let me know of this additional charge is shady.

Also why is the rate not discounted going through the urgent care? They send so many patients to Quest they should have a discounted program worked out.

Additionally, I was never even provided a copy of my blood results that I paid $133 for.

The owner and staff never disappoint. The physician stacy works her rear end off trying to get everyone taken care of and she does an amazing job! She takes her time to actually figure out what your issues are instead of just sending you out the door without a clue and a random script. The physician and her staff are very sweet and welcoming! This is my go-to place for quality care. I typically never have much of a wait, but i do understand with covid testing and everything going on that there might be a wait from time to time. I’ve never waited more than 15 minutes which is actually pretty great to begin with. I’ve been to urgent cares where I’ve waited HOURS. Needless to say, my family thanks you guys for your exceptional & compassionate care!

All the staff was amazing! I had Covid and double pneumonia and no one made me feel like I had the plague. Everyone was so nice!

I came down with COVID & found this urgent care through my insurance company. I called before I came in & the person I spoke with was kind and answered all my questions. The wait was very reasonable for me being a new patient on a Saturday. The doctor/owner Stacy was incredibly warm, empathetic, and down-to-earth. I felt like I was visiting with a friend while also receiving individualized, professional care. My husband, who is a Veteran, also caught COVID, but was grossly misdiagnosed by the VA & denied antibiotics. Well lucky us, this urgent care is a VA Authorized healthcare provider. After my wonderful experience here, I referred my husband to come here & he had nothing but good things to say about this facility, Stacy, and the rest of the staff. We moved to Ocala over a year ago & this was our first time coming to an urgent care. We both agreed that this will be our permanent urgent care from now on! THANK YOU STACY and your wonderful staff for providing us such exceptional care to help us recover!

The quality of care they provide is second to none. I was very nervous and concerned about the possible outcome, but everyone was kind and reassuring in addition to being professional. Will not go anywhere else from now on.

I am an RN for 33 years. I have been to Magnolia Care a few times now and from my experience with doctors and nursing etc. I can say they are among the best I have ever known.

Curtesy and attention to detail, along with expediency in being seen, has brought me back when I was in need of healthcare. I seem to wait until the last minute and each time they diagnosed me quickly and gave me the treatments I needed. I was even able to get a chest X-ray and not have to go to another facility.

Having only had two family doctors in the last 30 years in Florida, I am happy to have found Magnolia Care, I cannot say enough good about them or thank them enough. I get the same quality of care with them that I always received from my family doctors and that is rare today in this busy world.

Please know how stressed all medical workers are at this time in our country. Wait times are in all businesses - been out to eat lately? This clinic goes above and beyond all the time to accommodate patients, not only treating the medical condition but the emotional issues too. Grant them some grace, that I’m sure we could all use at this point.

I went to the ER pain and waited it felt like 10 hours and still wasn't seen So then i came to Magnolia Family Urgent Care. The staff was friendly an very knowledgeable. I was in and out in a little less than 2 hours including labs, x-ray and meds. What a God send! I just wanna say thank you so much to the kind staff you all were amazing an I most definitely will be going here from now on!

Amazing staff! I have been treated with nothing but respect from every employee here. I have never felt more at home at a doctors office. They always put my needs first and listen to my concerns. I don’t feel like I’m just another patient. Stacy is the best doctor I have EVER had. I never have to wait long in the waiting room either. Everyone I talk to in the waiting room always has nothing but great things to say about this place. I wish I knew of this practice earlier in life because it’s top notch care!

This is a great place to go to… if you want to waste your time. The front desk was the only helpful part about that place. Get ready for a 2 hour long wait. The provider takes her decent time to go room to room. Although they are nice, they are very disorganized and slow. Don’t waste your time or money. The ER might be faster. Like I said Friendly but doesn’t value patient time. If it weren’t for the front desk staff trying to make it right we would have gotten a full refund.

Stacy and the nurses were amazing! They really cared for me and took the time to find out what was going on. Our whole family will be back and I'm telling everybody how awesome they are! Also, it was really clean and welcoming inside.

The day I went in the staff was lovely, including the young woman at the front desk and everyone else I met in there. Went to get my prescribed eye drops later that day only to get home and discover that they’re EAR drops. The woman at the front desk today (different lady) tried to tell me that I should go ahead and use the ear drops in my eyes because sometimes they’re used for the same thing. However, when talking to the walgreens pharmacist she said you should NEVER do that and she agreed I needed to make some type of report. This type of negligence is dangerous, especially if you are trusting of what they were saying in the office and went ahead and used the drops anyways. She said it wouldn’t necessarily make you go blind but that it could certainly cause your infection to get worse. I informed the woman on the phone that the instructions on the ear drops clearly states ONLY USE IN EARS. She continued to encourage me to go ahead and use them, and she did the same when my mom also called earlier. I’m not one to bash any person/business, but if I can help someone else from being harmed by their mistakes then I will.

The day that I went to magnolia fam urgent care was not not good for me.
I checked in and I sat and watched
6 - 7 people check in and get seen before me. I was there for 3 hours.
I was the only black person to check in that day, The check in reception apologized at checkout, that was not fair to me!
