I selected George after researching several agents and sending several emails. I was fortunate that he responded. Without my asking, he tramped through the heavily weeded lot, took pictures and reported back. I knew the lot was in bad shape, but his images and research helped us decide on a purchase price, list it and sell it within a few days. Being a professional in Florida, he was knowledgeable about the state's laws (versus Texas laws), especially when we ran into liens on the property. He smoothly advised me on contacts with the code enforcement office and closing with the title company. Couldn’t have gone smoother. I called to view the house and the selling agent wanted to know if I was ready to make an offer with $$ or pre approval in hand. I said no - she refused to show it!

My friends called Tracy, with whom they’d worked with for two home purchases. Not only did Tracy arranged the visit within the hour, but she made appointments to view other homes in the area that met our specifications.
