They put put me in a pedi chair that wasn't cleaned out after the last customer. I asked them for a clean chair and the rude owner went nuts yelling at me. Nikki was supposed to be there to do the work; she was not there at appointment time.
The owner lies, and she was very unprofessional. She refused to give me service and put on a show for everyone to see how rude she was. This was very surprising to me, as the shop was empty at the time, lol.

I can not say enough about this salon, it's owner and staff. They are extremely good at what they do and go above and beyond to keep their clients happy. Thank you Shelly.

I took my daughter here while we were on vacation and we both got pedicures (her first one). The ladies were SO wonderful, the salon was quiet when we went so they put on music she'd like and were so sweet with her. The pedicures were fantastic, mine lasted for weeks. Excellent quality and excellent service.

Magnolia Nail Boutique and Spa is first class and competitive as far as price to any of the establishments in strips but you are actually in a beautiful salon. Staff is very friendly, all speak English, it’s spotless and they do beautiful work. I have been a customer for years and it’s the only place I would recommend as far as nails, hair, massage etc.

If you need a pedicure or facial I HIGHLY recommend Susan. She knows what she’s doing 24/7! All of the nail techs/aestheticians are all so sweet and will do anything to make your service 100% perfect! If you want a manicure, Susan is very good but also I recommend Shelly, who is also a nail tech. She is the owner and is by far one of the best nail techs I know. Magnolia is my new go to every time I want some self care done!

Had my first gel pedicure with Mya and it was fabulous! Beautiful, clean salon and comfortable massaging pedicure chairs. I drove over 30 minutes and it was well worth it and I'll happily do it again! So difficult to find clean, pleasant salons with nice experienced technicians. Highly recommend Magnolia!

I walked in on a sunday to get some awful hard gel removed and the woman working- Mya did a miracle- she got them off and saved my natural nails - i heart her forever and always! Loyal customer formed today!
