Loved my experience. Got a full set with gel polish as a walk in at 5pm on a Friday. Lilly was wonderful. She was great overall, a pleasure to talk to, and she did a great job. Did her time and made a great color suggestion to match what i wanted.

First time visiting this place recommended by a coworker and oh boy it was a very pleasant one, definitely going back.
I wanted to remove my old powdered dip, my nails grew and never I knew that the dip could be done with my own nails.

I saw Bella for an acrylic fill, she takes appointment only but she is amazing! I am very picky with my nails and they look great! She listened to what I wanted, her filing and shaping work is great and she was very gently as well. She was super nice to talk to too and we had great conversations the whole time. She was quick but not rushed and I love my nails. Thank you Bella!

Never have any issues when I go here! My most recent visit they took me after I waited about 20 minutes, and my services (pedi and acrylic) were going to go past closing. Instead of sending me away they had two people working on me at one time, stayed past closing, and did a beautiful job!

I'll start by saying, I live in ocoee and drive past many nail salons to come to this one in Clermont because it's usually quiet and not chaotic and although the actual service has been hit or miss, most of the time, I'm happy with it. But this time I think is the last straw. It is Friday before mother's day weekend but it wasn't super busy plus I had called ahead and made an appointment so I was surprised at how rushed the entire experience was. First I was upsold on the pedicure and ended up paying $10 more for a deluxe that includes callous removal and hot towel and a few other upgrades. She spent 5 seconds on my callouses and didn't use the metal callous remover at all. When I asked her to, she said I didn't have thick enough callous which I disagree but I didn't argue. She proceeded to rush through the rest and when I noticed she was skipping the hot towel, I spoke up. She had already put the toe dividers on my feet which they usually do right before applying polish, meaning she had had no intention of doing it. After I asked, she brought the hot towel out which was barely warm and only left out on for 5 seconds (literally) before wiping it off and proceeding with the polish. Looking back I realize she skipped a few other "upgrades"as well.
She also rushed my manicure. She didn't soak my cuticles or apply any cuticle oil leaving them dry. She applied a microscopic drop of lotion to my forearms which she
barely rubbed in for less than a few seconds. At the end my hands were super dry and my cuticles looked dry and rough. I asked for extra lotion and oil, she only applied oil which left my hand greasy but not moisturized. I'm a really go with the flow person so I really never ask for things and just trust what they are doing but I had to speak up several times and still got very subpar service. I overpaid for this Mani Pedi by at least $20. Unfortunately this experience has really turned me off from this place I have been coming to since they opened a few years ago. There are cheaper closer places with better service so I may have to find another location. I'm only giving 2 stars because of services I've had in the past but this particular service is 0 stars.

Booked an appointment for two services through their website. Received a text confirming my appointment and services. When I arrived, they had no record of my appointment. They stated they do not offer one of the services I had booked. At that point, I assumed I’d made a mistake. I asked for the one service they did provide. They accommodated me right away and did a good job. It would have been a great experience, had I known what to expect. After I left, I double checked that I’d used the right website. I used the one linked to their Google business profile, and it had their exact address listed on the website itself. There was no mistake on my part. Their website lists services they do not offer, and does not connect online bookings to the salon.

I visited this location for the first time today. The ambiance was relaxing, the staff was very professional & they were extremely polite. The technician Vi was AMAZING. He did a wonderful job. I am EXTREMELY pleased with the service I received.

Fantastic staff! I took my three granddaughters 15,13 and 11 (her first), for fingers and toes in preparation for a family wedding. The staff not only did excellent work, they made each of the girls feel special! They asked about their dresses and talked about nail designs with each of them. I’m very impressed! Thank you! We will be back!

Don’t ever cut your hair in this place they say they are professional, but they destroy my hair. I had beautiful, long hair. I asked just to cut a couple inches and my hair is short and ugly. They destroy my hair.
