Magnolia Pointe Apartments, Orlando FL

I moved here 2 yrs ago, and the new managment is bad, lady at the office Carina is rude, Ciara is a clutz she never know nothing, the hallway are dirty, the ponds looks like swamps, and they just raised the rent and want to raise it again in December which is totally ILLEGAL according to my lawyer. We cannot use the clubhouse like before, now they close ot by 5, before we ise to pay a returnable fee as long it was left clean. Most of us we are seniors but we are NOT dead. We still enjoy a night of laughter and fun, but the office had ruined this for the whole community. If you are reading this thinking of moving here, think it twice, over rated, over priced, use to be a very tight community, now it feels like a cementary, also I saw the police posting of a sex predator living at the premises. Just Bad.

My expense was excellent and Management is very helpful. Friendly and professional. I know if I need anything they are there. Thank so much for the help.

The office staff is great! When I am away from my apartment for a few days, they always have my back and are accompanying for family to stop by and check on my place. I have never had an issue. These ladies (and gents) are doing a Great job!

Maintenance is doing a wonderful job I really appreciate the good work they are doing.the ladies in the office our doing a wonderful job and they are taking very good care of the property. These ladies are making the place we live feel like home, they take very good care of us and we appreciate them for everything they do.we thank you.

I will like to make a 5 star review for an amazing maintenance employee at our community. Mr. José González is always responsive and ready to help not only us but everyone who lives here at Magnolia. He keeps everything running smooth and when something shows up like when our air conditioning system was affected by a lightning we call him on a Saturday morning and in less that 2 minutes he call us back and immediately he shows up and fix it. If there's a way to recognize his over the top service would be really appreciated. He is our superhero more than only a employee. Thank José for all your outstanding service and help for everyone. I've being living magnolia for two years.have no complaints maintenance guy jose he's great when you call for service he's on point place is reliable nice place to live hope is stay that all we need is security service

I haven't been here that long but the staff here treats you real well, and the place is beautiful. I love this place.

My AC unit stopped working on a Saturday evening, I called the maintenance emergency line I left a message and I got a call back in less than 20 minutes! Maintenance was out to repair the unit and in no time I was cool again. I was impressed by the fast response and courteousness of Jose the maintenance guy on call. I've lived in other apartment complexes I never got such great service. Thank you!

Being a new resident had an issue with the clogged bathroom…called and in about 15-20 maintenance came be and fixed it. Very grateful

I worked as a temp employee through an agency and the Magnolia Management & Maintenance Team as well as the residents were a pleasure to interact with throughout the weeks there. The spirit is alive and the Management and Maintenance team are amongst the strongest I have encountered professionally and personally.

The work needed to be done is always completed in timely matter.
The office staff provides good Customer Service and are very professional and responds to our every need.

Great place been here 22 years and I am very happy hear with no plan on leaving. I love everyone that works here.
