We moved to Florida from out-of-state a couple of weeks ago, but our search for a house here started at least 8 months ago. Margie guided us through the in's and out's of real estate shopping in Volusia County; she also provided insights and advice about living in this area that helped us immensely in settling into our new home and community. Her knowledge of the R. E.business is unparalleled and allowed us to be confident during all phases of our search and closing. We are extremely happy with our new home.
