Once I get my car, I will definitely consider picking up hours with them again…they are so accommodating and they treat you like family. In that picture, I was working their Melia location at the time. I’ve also had the amazing opportunity to work their Venetian Bay, Legacy, both Magic Village along with other locations throughout the years. If it wasn’t for this company I wouldn’t have met Farruko (Reggaeton turned Spanish Worship Singer) at Melia. That was an exciting experience.

I really appreciate feeling safe during my stay at an Airbnb property in Venetian Bay, Kissimmee FL. As women traveling to a new area can be intimidating, we liked how secured the property was and how pleasant as well as thorough the security guards were. The first encounter was by a nice lady she was very helpful with guiding us through the process. Ray was also very kind we appreciate him for helping us.

So I recently took the security D license with one of the higher up leadership members in magnosec corporation and I literally learned so much, I thought I knew-it-all. I have a about 15 years of security experience and I was humbled after class because I learned so much from instructor Ray and Magnosec. Magnosec has been our Security Company for almost a year and a half. During Hurricane Ian, in September 22, Ray and his staff did not leave our property. They literally worked, ate and slept here. They provided hourly updates to the Board with pictures and videos. Magnosec did an outstanding job of providing service to our Kissimmee location, even with 16 inches of rain. After the Hurricane they continued to provide Excellent customer service giving our Management team everything they needed to make sure our owners and guests were taken care of. They handled our crisis with the utmost professionalism while working with us under extreme conditions. This team went over and above what was expected of them! We recommend Magnosec for their 100% commitment to customer service and their willingness to listen to our concerns.

This was my first time visiting the area and I'll say that I'll definitely be back. I unfortunately had to deal with my wallet being stolen and Heather, Brian, Katrina, and Frank were all extremely helpful. They showed they genuinely cared about what I was going through and did an awesome job giving me that peace of mind. They were able to not only locate my wallet but also ensure that my belongings were still inside. I'm grateful for my experience and will definitely be back down.
