Mai Oui! Was a pleasure to work with! The food was of course incredible, the selection was outstanding, and the service was even better! Karen made sure all of our needs were taken care of, and had plenty of plans in place for how to serve our guests that consisted of people who were gluten free, dairy free, and/or vegan.

Karen helped make everything so easy, and I'm so thankful to her and her team for pampering us!

Mai Oui was positively amazing to work with for my wedding and Ericka was a dream in food design and flavors!

There were 3 most important things for the wedding - that my husband showed up, that we had an amazing photographer, and that everyone loved the food. Mai Oui ensured that third one was absolutely met.

Ericka helped me design the perfect menu and adjusted it as needed to meet our headcount, food allergies, and even whim changes. Variety was so important to me and, as was making sure there was food everyone would like.

I demanded no sit down restrictions of chicken, beef, and pasta but neither did I want a buffet with long lines. Ericka struck the perfect balance with food stations - each station was different, the lines were nonexistent, and each station provided its own variety of flavors and customizableness.

The happy hour had passed food and I was only sad I couldn't crash it for all the yum. And then! Ericka ensured that we had samples to try at our table, as well as plated and brought us our preferred selections of foods from the stations. What? I got to eat at my own wedding? Unheard of.

Truly, she made the process so easy, the food was so amazing to eat, and she and her staff absolutely nailed the event with their attentiveness, kindness, (and firm direction, my family is kind of like herding cats). I cannot speak highly enough of the tastiness, the professionalism on site, the insight to flavors, options, everything, just everything was amazing.

Truly, she is a benchmark for all future catering I might experience now that I know how good catered food can really be at a wedding. If you haven't yet, call and book, she will absolutely help create part of that core happy memory for your event of just how good the food is.

Mai Oui came highly recommended by our wedding planner and I am so glad we listened to her! We had 190 people at our wedding, which is not an easy number. Our food was absolutely incredible. Mai Oui ROCKS! They Catered our wedding and everything from the communication to the tasting to the execution on our wedding day was amazing! The staff was so kind, attentive, and professional. Can I just say WOW. My family and friends are still talking about the food from my wedding. From the inquiry, to the tasting, to the night of the wedding, Ericka and her team were so amazing. Ericka is extremely attentive and flexible when it comes to menu changes. We had dietary restrictions when it came to the menu (gluten free), and Ericka was able to easily let us know what options were available. The food was absolutely delicious and was plated beautifully. Ericka made sure that my husband and I were fed throughout the night, as well as sent us home with a sweet care package of extra food, champagne, flutes, and slices of cake. The wait staff was friendly and efficient. So grateful for everything Mai Oui! Did for us and my family. Can't recommend them enough for your catering needs!

This is the second event that Mai Oui has assisted me with. The first was our daughter's wedding at The Treasury in St. Augustine, and the second was our son's recent rehearsal dinner at Coastal Occasions in Jacksonville Beach. Mai Oui provides the very best customer service in every aspect of working with you. The bride and groom are made to feel very special at a private food tasting before selecting their catering menu. The food itself is consistently outstanding. I received multiple compliments on the quality of the food at both events. Karen, the owner, and Erika both went out of their way to make me feel comfortable about the catering and then executed their plan perfectly. I cannot speak highly enough about this excellent caterer and whole heartedly recommend them for any large catering event. Thank you, Mai Oui, for a second, wonderful event!

If you’re looking for a fabulous caterer Mai Oui is the BEST! They have catered three events for me, an engagement party, birthday party and wedding and they never disappoint. The food and menu options are so delicious and as diverse as you want them to be. The presentation extremely impressive and the professionalism is exceptional. The event is always flawless. Karen and her staff handle everything with such precision and by the end of the evening everything is cleaned up, packed up and put away. Friends continuously rave about how good everything was and many referrals have been given. I can’t imagine having an event with anyone buy Karen and Mai Oui!
