Maid Brigade of Tampa Bay

I was extremely disappointed in the service l received from Maid Brigade in Tampa FL. I strongly encourage you to choose a different company. First let me say the 2 woman who came to clean my house seemed to be nice enough people. Unfortunately the one woman could not, speak, understand or read English so the list l created was useless to her and she seemed to need constant direction. So the one woman spent a lot of her time directing the other woman & translating my list and instructions. I had specifically asked to pay them by the hour so they would not be in a rush, in hopes that they would take their time to do a more thorough job. I agreed to pay them EACH $50 an hour for a minimum of 2 hours, at that rate l certainly had expected they would have been formally trained on the do's & don"ts of proper cleaning and would be equally qualified. So of course I was shocked to see them shaking my bathroom area rugs right over my toothbrush, make up & towels. Long story short my house was no cleaner when they left, than when they arrived. Worst of all my sliding glass doors were actually worse and l had to replace our toothbrushes and all my makeup.l tried to contact them to discuss my dissatisfaction they never returned my phone call. But they did charge my card the full amount. They simply don't care about their customers.

I do not recommend this company! The quality of service is horrible. They do not do a thorough job and the turn over rate is high. They broke our kitchen sink faucet and tried to say it was like that when they got there. Had to go back and forward with the company in order for them to replace the faucet. After that I still gave them another chance and the service continued to get worse. I have found trash that was left. The did not clean all the rooms in my house. Today the thought no one was home but my husband was in his office. They did not clean our master bedroom or bathroom because they said a "woman was in there sick and did not want them to clean". That was a complete lie! My husband was the only person home and at no time did he tell them not to clean our room or bathroom. This company is not reliable, they lie, and the quality of service is horrible. Do not waste your time or money on this company.

DO NOT be fooled by the 5 star reviews like I was. Using maid brigade was not my first experience with a housekeeping company, so I know what to expect from a good quality cleaning service. Before moving to Florida last fall I had a housekeeping company that I loved and used for years on a regular basis, it would take 2 people about 2 hours to clean my 1900 sq foot home. I used maid brigade for 4 months and from the beginning I questioned how long it took them to clean my current home. A team of 2 people were always done in 1.5 hours and this home is 2700 sq feet. It was always different people coming to clean and not the same team each week which I was not a big fan of. I would often notice things missed each week like a surface not dusted or something small but I let it go. However this kept happening consistently each week with different teams, which meant its a company issue and not specific to one person. This past week I canceled my service because they came to "clean" my home and it was anything but that. My master bedroom and bathroom didn't even looked like it had been cleaned. There was visible dust on all of the furniture, the garbage was not emptied, the shower had hair, dust and soap scum and the floor was not mopped. The lack of service was evident because a team of two people spent less than 1 hour cleaning a 2700 square foot home. It is not possible for 2 people to thoroughly clean a 2700 sq ft home in less than hour. When I called to cancel they offered to send another team who has not been to my home but I did not want that. They did ask if there was anything that they should come back to fix but I declined because I was appalled at the lack of cleaning that they completely lost my trust and I just ended up doing it myself.

Team #15 did an amazing job! We are moving out of our home and it was a disaster! They were so great to work with us and start in areas that were ready to be cleaned while we finished getting everything out of the house. Everything smells clean and looks great. They payed attention to all the little details. I am so relieved I didn’t have to do all that cleaning myself. Thank you again! Phenomenal job ladies.:)

We’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Maid Brigade. Their teams are prompt, friendly and thorough. We tried to use a small local company but they were just unreliable with excuses why they could not keep scheduled appointments. Maid Brigade has never missed a visit! Thank you team 11

Love the team I am currently using! Very detailed cleaning and thorough. The team is always helpful when I ask for certain requests. I am always satisfied with our cleanings and they go beyond what is expected. I have been using maid brigade for many years and very happy with not only the cleaning service but the calling service as well. In the past I have had minor complaints and they make sure they fix the issue one way or another. Very pleased with our service overall and will continue to use Maid Brigade.

Maid Brigade Team 3 came highly recommended to me. I was very impressed with their cleaning of my home. IT IS SPOTLESS. I recently had to give away my 2 cats, because of my asthma and allergies and I just couldn't breathe anymore. I hated to give them away, but I had to think of my health as I am getting older. I haven't been able to clean for quite some time, due to their hair and litter boxes and my allergies. Thank you, Maid Brigade. I can breathe again.

Maid Brigade is excellent, we use Team 2 and they are the best! On-time, great service and amazing people!

Team 10 is the Best! They always go above and beyond. We love using the Maid Brigade! They show up on time and when they leave, the house is always spotless. I also enjoy the peace of mind knowing that our house is disinfected and that the products are green and non-harmful to my pets and family.

Team 15 was focused on providing a high quality service. They did not miss anything. There was nothing that I had to request they redo. Everything is spotless.

I have been with this company for over a year and I have nothing but goo things to say about every team that has come to my house. Team 11 Is excellent. I was very pleased with them. Highly recommend maid Brigade.

I have been using Maid Brigade for just over a year. They come bi-weekly to help keep bathrooms and kitchens clean and the house vacuumed and tidy. Most recently, I've had Luz and Melita (Team #9) who are fantastic! They always do special things, like folding towels prettily or wiping down exterior windows. They always arrive on time and are very accommodating to starting where we need them to (my husband and I both work from home). I will continue to use Maid Brigade; they certainly take away the stress of owning a larger home! Thank you Luz and Melita!

The house was filthy from all the work that was going on. The floors were especially dirty I didn't think anyone would be able to clean them. The team came in and exceeded my expectations! Would totally recommend to anyone and I will be using them for my monthly cleaning as well. Very easy to work with and very friendly

Fantastic company! Very easy to get a hold of and schedule a cleaning. Friendly and professional. They explain everything that will be completed so you know what to expect from the cleaning. We had a deep clean done on our home (3900sq ft) which was immaculate and totally worth the money. They got out stains I thought would never go away. The ladies were so nice and respectful of our home. I will definitely be using this company again.

Team 10 came over to my house and deep cleaned the house. I cannot say how thankful I am for the hard work that they did. My house looks amazing!
