I RARELY ever give reviews. In order to give a review my experience with a business needs to either be absolutely horrible, or exceptionally amazing. I have been living in Miami Beach for a couple years now and have had many different cleaning services. This cleaning service has been by far the best. My cleaning lady Frida was super friendly, and just as importantly her work was outstanding. I keep noticing little details she took care of that other cleaning services neglected. I will definitely be hiring this service again and hope to have Frida again as well!

First time service and it was incredible! Fría (I think is how her name is spelled) was amazing, will definitely be rebooking.

We had our second visit from the Maid Svc, and I have to admit that the service is excellent. They are professional, their work is fantastic, and I could not be happier. I would highly recommend their business to anyone without hesitation.

Our representative arrived on-time and well prepared to handle everything we expected. She worked diligently and displayed a very professional demeanor. When she was finished she asked if there was anything else we needed done and even went through the with me to make sure we were satisfied.
We would like to have her back agin!

This cleaning service is reliable and thorough. Hilary arrived on time and worked diligently and efficiently for 4 hours. She did an excellent job on bathroom, oven, floors and balcony. I would recommend her and this company.

Had specific instructions to “leave items that were going to be thrown out in a clear plastic bag to the side” this was not followed. Each day that passes I’m realizing that I’m missing more and more of my things! Valuable items in the that we’re not close to being spoiled and recently bought, were thrown out for what reason I have no idea why. Expensive cheeses, caviar tins and items from different countries between the cupboard and fridge were
thrown out. Documents and papers were thrown out- I’m a partner at a finance company and had to scramble through old notes due to missing items. I will say the communication between the actually service itself were okay and the cleaning person Hillary was very sweet, but this is truly unacceptable.

I was also made to pay an additional 30 minutes for her staying 7min over. Coming from New York- you only pay for the time in and time out.

No complaints. Very satisfied with the results. Smooth transaction and communication with company. The live chat feature on the website was wonderful.
