Great place to go with the kids. For a family of 6, about $150 for food and play. Very clean and friendly staff.

Laser tag was alot of fun. Salmon dish was amazing. Bowling was fun as well. Victoria aka Sam was a get birthday host

Kitchen was very slow they seemed understaffed we lost time for bowling because of issues with lanes

This place is great. I think it has all the bases covered. From the ages of 4 to 94 there is something for everyone. Laser tag, bowling, arcades, to billiards.plus a nice place to just sit and watch the games. It's all here

Attended a private party and everything was awesome. Although it was early, it still felt like an evening event.bright fun lighting like a casino. Clean and orderly venue, polite thoughtful staff, and delicious food & drinks. Will plan on returning often. A total fun adult and/or family time.

Um just celebrated birthday. Just don't get icing on the floor, that will be your way of saying, "Thanks".

My husband and son’s basketball team recently won the First Coast 12U basketball tournament in Jacksonville, Florida, so they deserved a championship celebration! If you’re looking for a family, fun, cheap celebration look no further than the Main Event in Jacksksonville and ask for Brent, these players said they had the BEST laser tag experience thanks to Brent! Ok so this place is fun! The bowling, the funny pictures, the cocktails and snacks are great. I do think it's a bit overpriced for the bowling tho.

They have laser tag bowling a bar a resturant rooms for events or partys and a game room

Visited during a b-day calibration. Mainly a middle school and kids place with arcade games. Not a place for fine dining or destination for dinner (they di have food though). Alcohol also served. Ask for Hillary- the manager - great young lady

Expect to spend a ton of money for a "better" bowling experience, for way below average service all the way around. We reserved 3 lanes for 2 hours and drove in to meet for a 60th birthday today, with food and beverage for 12 people we spent well over $500.00 on a Sunday afternoon.
Walking in, the front desk gave no greeting and was not professional. At the lanes, we had to ask for service just to order food and drinks, or clear items that had been finished and set aside for some time. Our server was good overall once we had his attention. After speaking with one manager who was nice, some things were resolved (by request- not initiation).

Afterwards, we waited for drinks at the bar 10 minutes before finally asking to order (3 basic cocktails), and 6 minutes without even a "Hello" or "I'll be with you in just a minute".
This location appeared understaffed, but those that were there did not seem to want to do their jobs, or were not well trained or professional in the slightest. One manager said he was "just doing the best he could his last 3-4 days there", after telling us he did not know how to make a cocktail because he personally did not drink (why would anyone with any sense or management training say that to customers?).
Overall, a huge disappointment. Beach Bowl would have been better service at 1/4 of the price. **This is no way to earn repeat business, or keep the doors open. ** Like Latitude 30, the concept is there, but the plan and training are a fail.

The manager told me i couldn't sit to the tables because they were reserved for a group that I myself was a part of. I was forced to sit at the bar to order food. I felt nearly forced to order a drink because i was sitting at the bar. After waiting 30 minutes my meal was messed up and half cooked. I then waited for an hour for my onion rings that was left out. The bartender got mad at me for asking where my onion rings were at and told me I could just leave if I wanted to. She then gave me my onion rings which were disgusting and tasted like they were fried in old grease. This is one of the worst experiences I've had of customer service. One thing they did get right was how to make a good drink.

Unorganized is the word that comes to mind. We went around lunch time for a family day and it turned into a nightmare. We sat down near the bar and were informed we had to go to the counter to order our food. Well we stood at the counter for 15 minutes while the cashier was to busy talking and goofing off in the back. We were overcharged and she said she could not void the transaction and couldn’t find a manager. Spent over $200 and I learned my lesson to never go back!

Had a great first date with my girl there, friendly staff, waiting for drinks during bowling was a little slow overall good experience

Great way to spend some time. Plenty of entertainment and the pricing isn't bad either. Best with a bit g group of friends.

Great fun for the family or with friends. A bit pricey. I can never get our of here for less than $100 with bowling, drinks and food.

Bowling is a little expensive but I think worth it. Arcade is extremely overpriced. Food and is pretty decent. Laser TAG always seems to be running behind and isn't very long.

This place has good laser tag and bowling but is honestly way over priced for nothing! I've been to this main event location more than once, it's not worth it and every worker I've ever come across here is incompetent! I would advise wasting money somewhere else.

The food was better than expected. The bacon cheeseburger was delicious. There was a good selection of ice cold draft beer. And our party had a great time bowling. I hadn't bowled in years.
