Main Street At Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton FL

First time my wife and I have been to Main Street in over a year. We had a nice time. Due to Covid many of the restaurants now have outdoor seating and have even set up tables out in one area of the street. It was charming. The weather was great and we met up with friends and had dinner and drinks at McGrath's Irish Ale House. Fun Dinner and good food and drink.

Upscale shops, comex is still recovering from 2020, but many fine shops and restaurants in full operation. Lots of parking and easy to walk aroind.

We loved everything about this place. Tons of restaurants and bars. Very nice place to hang out with friends. Mostly adults there which was nice!

Lakewood Ranch's Main Street is situated nearby University Parkway just east of Interstate 75. It is maybe 5 minutes or less from the busy UTC mall area. Overall, Main Street is a fantastic place to get some lunch or dinner, stroll, and enjoy a small selection of eclectic shops and even a movie theater. Lakewood Ranch frequently hosts events here such as auto shows and various festivals. A great example of this are the "First Friday" events - during the first Friday of every month, Main Street gets closed down for a street party complete with live music. The music performers change, so you get a variety of musical styles. It's a fantastic, family-friendly event.

Parking here is not an issue, as there are large parking lots behind the actual Main Street. That said, traffic can get a bit busy around festivals, so you may need to be patient. During larger events, the nearby Lakewood Ranch Hospital often will host overflow parking.

I've enjoyed coming to Main Street many times. If you want to go somewhere enjoyable and calmer than the UTC mall area, give Main Street a try! Don't overlook nearby San Marco Plaza, either. They have a variety of good shops and restaurants, too! You can walk from Main Street to San Marco Plaza, by the way - just cross Lakewood Ranch Blvd and walk down Nature's Way. It'll take maybe 10 minutes.

Greens are much improved in the past six months, but grass around the greens is still patchy and in clumps.

Great atmosphere for a steakhouse! The service and food was amazing and would recommend for a fancy dinner. Older crowd earlier in the night but still a nice environment. The steak is amazing and is prepared properly. Wide verity of wine and beer would recommend.

Several restaurants and shops. Craft beer, wine, first Friday evening of each month live music and walk about entertainment/shopping. Parking is at a premium however - although NC, space is difficult to find.

We found this "Gem" in Central Florida while attending a classic car show on Main Street in Lakewood Ranch. This area is beautiful, with unique shops, multiple restaurants and entertainment amid a lovely fountain, serene natural lake and stately palm trees all within a few blocks and only 45 miles from St. Petersburg. We will definitely be returning to this community.

I was working in the area and needed to use a restroom, BAD. I decided to try the bar next to the movie theater (sorry, don't remember the name), and the bartender was really nice about it. I asked her if I could their restroom, and she said sure, you don't even have to buy anything. I'll have to go back there and buy something soon.

Kind of disappointed. Mostly just restaurants. I like boutique shopping like in Venice. Won't be going back anytime soon.

Beautiful construction with nice architecture and charming brick road. However the shops seem all priced unreasonably, and while many of them truly provide upscale or quality products, some of them seem priced to upscale expectations without meeting the standards of quality one might expect of the prices. The demographics of consumers here also appear extremely homogenous, which just makes me feel uncomfortable.

Pretty neat place. Some food, some movies, some novelties and clothes. Just about everything you need for a good shopping experience. I would recommend this for when it is not raining or 110 outside. Very clean and cool layout.

Nice shopping mall area with several good restaurants and stores. Stop by oflaf's creamery for some delicious ice cream.

There are a few restaurants around there. They do events sometimes and theres mini golf. Some young people go there

Awesome movie theater, great little shops and the seafood restaurant is definitely worth eating at

Great area to park and walk to great shops, food and cocktails. Our preferred movie theatre is here.

Friday nights at Lakewood Ranch Main Street are awesome. Great places to eat, shop and catch a movie! We love it!

We love this place. Music on Main On the First Friday if the month is a great place for excellent food and great music.

This place has nothing affordable for the average everyday family. Although music on Main is a great event and probably the only reason we go there, I would love to see some more affordable places to shop eat and play

Love it when they have Community Activities like the Tribute to Heroes Parade.
