Main Street Children's Dentistry and Orthodontics of Ft. Myers, Fort Myers FL

1st time patients we had to wait MONTHS to be seen, I have 4 kids and they only see 2 at a time.so I made 2 different appointments for the end of May, the first 2 kids went and they was in and out didn't take any time with my kids at all and the dentist wasn't gentle at all with my 4 year old.the other 2 kids appointments came and they called and tried to cancel because 2 assistants called off I said absolutely not so I went all the way into ft myers from cape coral to be told they will only see one child. I'm extremely upset.oh and they are so short staffed but one of their assistants sat in the waiting room chatting with a patient showing her pictures from her vacation!

I’m so impressed with the love, caring and commitment we experienced during our visit. I was relaxed and felt safe that my daughter was taken care of, thank you ladies️

My grandson was always fearful of the dentist. Today was his first true exam without hysteria. Thank you Jojo for being so patient.

They never answer the phone. Even if I leave a message never get back to me on time.had couple bad experience especially my son having a condition. Been waiting for a appointment for many months something always comes up.

I’ve been taking my daughter here for the pass four years and I love it everyone is so kind and friendly it made my daughter feel so comfortable. Janelle is such a doll she’s the assistant that help when my daughter got her braces she’s the absolute best!

Our appointment was at 4pm at 5pm we where informed our appointment was cancel.that they should have called us.they never did.after we where there 1hr&30 minutes they told us.they are short staff.lady was not respectful with my daughter and i.my daughter said please don't make me go back with her.she was very distracted on her phone even made my daughter's mouth bleed.not sure very upset right now.

This place is so unprofessional they cancel my child braces consult 2 times and never rescheduled it and also cut my daughters gums “on accident “ with the sharp thing they use to clean it and now I’ve been calling and calling and calling for days now TO RESCHEDULE her consult why don’t they ever pick up the phone but expect business? !

I would HIGHLY recommend to any parent seeking a dentist for their child! The office staff was awesome from start to finish! My 3 boys felt so comfortable with Ms. Jo-jo and the other assistant (I'm so sorry I didn't catch her name:) )
DR. Gideon was so sweet gentle and kind. I had 3 children seen and was in and out in about an hour and they where right on point with appointment time! I'm seriously so grateful and happy I have FINALLY found my children an awesome dentist office thank you again!:)

Amazing service nurse Nelly and jojo super friendly and good with give the information needed to help keep my child from so much pain.very patient definitely will recommend both nurses and doctor gedeon.

My son has a hard time with dentist appointments. He gets pretty nervous, but Tessa did such a great job in keeping him calm. She explained what she was doing step by step so that he felt comfortable. Thanks Tessa for making my baby’s appointment a smooth one.

Love this place. Jojo was very patient and profesional. My 3 year old loves the dentist now! Thanks Main Street. From the moment thru walk in everyone is very nice and male you feel like at home.

If i could give 0 stars I would. The 1st New Patient appointmemt we was scheduled for back in July 2021 we waited for 45mins because they were behind, then to be told we needed to reschedule after waiting an hour. I've reschedule about 4x and every time I'm 2-3 days away from scheduled appointment I'm called being told we need to reschedule due to the provider not being in. Well when are they ever in? Not 1x, not 2x but over 3x to be rescheduled wow and as a NEW PATIENT.this is ridiculous and they are BAD FOR BUSINESS!
