Really good work. Very professional and efficient. They are very accommodating and worth the wait. I drove 2 hours to get my work done here based on referrals and I will only use this shop from now on.

Our daughter is currently working at Walt Disney World and was recently involved in an accident. We live several states away and were at a loss as to where to get her car repaired. Obviously, we were unfamiliar with the area and somewhat apprehensive about who to trust to do a good job and not take advantage of a young lady on her own. I started researching local body shops and could really only rely on reviews. Main Street Collision popped up and had tons of 5-star reviews. I can see why! Very friendly and helpful staff. We got another estimate, but Main Street's was lower. They did a phenomenal job on her car & got it repaired much earlier than we expected. We are so pleased with their work & highly recommend them.

Accidentally tore off my front bumper and bent the plate. Devastated because I LOVE my Tesla.they're beautiful cars but the company is a pain to deal with. We couldn't get an appointment to have our car looked at at our local Tesla place until Dec 18th! Meanwhile, I NEED this car TODAY to pickup my kid and run errands and help family etc. I can't wait until Dec 18th JUST to be told to leave it with them while they order parts! I'd be out of my only car for months!

Called Main Street Collision on a mechanic friends recommendation and spoke to Jay. I explained what happened, sent him the picture of my defaced Tesla and he gave me a rough run down of what he could see and parts he thought we might need. I asked him if there was ANY possible way I could still drive it until the parts came in because there is NOTHING ELSE wrong with it! The front bumper has just come off! He said to bring it in and they'd have a look at it.

I brought it in, they looked at it, and he said they'd do what they could but he thought they'd be able to at least TRY to put the face back on. These guys are a popular shop. They had my bumper put on and in place in less than 1.5hours! And I only just essentially dropped in, AND they're busy cause they're popular.

Jay was an absolute LEGEND. Very easy going. Super easy to talk to, wasn't judgemental about my stupidity he was extremely understanding and did everything he could to make sure I was comfortable while I was waiting (he told me I didn't have to wait there and could go home, but it's my ONLY car, so I waited). He drove my car out and I nearly cried. I THOUGHT I was going to have to wait months before being able to drive my car, and get stuck waiting for Tesla and their rotten customer service etc. But no. Jay made it possible for me to drive away and be able to go pick my kid up. I can now wait for parts while still being able to drive my car!

Look, if you want a friendly place, where they do great work, are super understanding, actually CARE and TRY HARD and not just blow you off and try to stiff you for money, GO HERE. They're amazing. Really.

I cannot thank them enough. They saved me. So much time would have been wasted. I will ALWAYS come back to these guys first.

I took my truck to the team at Main Street Collision to have some deep, to the metal, scratches repaired. They completed the job ahead of schedule for a very fair price. The quality of their work has won my business on future bodywork projects. Jay was very honest and user friendly.

I had extensive hail damage on my less than a year old car that required a full paint job in addition to the repair of over 200 dents. I have a unique factory matte paint job on my car and my insurance adjuster was trying to lower my expectations and say that it would near impossible to get my car to look like it did. He even said I never should have gotten the matte paint option.
Having been told that, I was not optimistic.

HOWEVER, Jay and his Team completely knocked it out of the park. The car looked BRAND NEW! The factory matte paint, the dents (lack thereof), etc were absolutely PERFECT. In addition, Jay was always accessible and provided updates throughout the entire process.

I could not be happier with the work they did. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The technician was so accommodating and friendly. He went to take a look at my car and without hesitation let me know it didn’t need an actual fix. Bumped the piece right back in after unscrewing a couple of screws in less than 5 minutes. So amazing! I asked how much it would be and he did not want anything in return. Truly a person who doesn’t just do it for the money. Will be recommending to others in need!
