Chad helped me out so much and all the workers were very nice and helped me out when I needed it.

I love this car wash the employees are super polite and will help out in any way they can. I asked someone how to get hard water spots off my car they said to try warm water and white distilled vinegar, it worked for my car and I am super grateful to everyone there.

Unfortunately I no longer use this car wash. They were bought out in April and since then service has changed - no towels, weak vacuums and car very wet when wash is finished. Sad.

I am always very pleased at the friendliness and helpfulness of the managers and employees. Esteban helped me negotiate the choices and payment options - very nice guy! Great quality car wash at a fair price. I appreciate the included vacuums with good suction power and the clean microfiber cloths to dry down car. I have three dogs so I need a good car wash - happy Main Street is close to home.

Rude customer service, not sure what happened to this car wash but not worth your money or time. Chad really needs an attitude adjustment.

Had to change my review from a year ago. I pay monthly for 2 vehicles. About $80 a month and we went there today with one vehicle and they have no rags? Really? With what I pay I’ve bought them millions of rags in the past year plus I have had my membership. Last week they did not have rags but they ended up pulling a few out of the dryer and 2 weeks prior approximately they were closed for a week as we checked almost everyday on our way home from work. You email wonder why people who work their butts off and don’t get an email they are closed or out of rags but they sure know how to take your money and have an automated email. Try to call, no answer? No voicemail? This place is a joke.

Fast forward since I posted the above, 7 months to now and they changed owners and now they have no rags to dry your car off. Go buy more!? ! Adjusted their brushes and now they drag and grab my wife’s roof rack that is not aftermarket. What happened? Pay 80.00 a month and I get this now?

I had a monthly membership until today, I go once a week and the last 4 weeks there have been no towels or glass cleaner, today the vacuum was broke. Not sure if they are using less water but my car was not rinsed well at all. The gates are still broken so even pass holders have to wait in the line, 5 deep today with ONE person working. I was told the place was recently sold and the new owners don't care so I promptly canceled my membership. There are car washes on every corner now.

Conveniently closed for maintenance. I need to cancel my free trial but no one answers the phone. Their website states that the URL is invalid. I feel like I have been scammed. Was not able to use my free trial due to all the rain we've had in the last month.

The car wash did a great job so I purchased two monthly subscriptions (one for each car) for a total of over $80 per month. Now, every time I go to get my car washed, it says “Closed for Maintenance”. If I have to go home and wash my car myself, I don’t need to pay $80 per month.

Only place I go to. There are always people working there to help out and are very friendly. My door leaked and they helped me put tape on it before the wash. The manager, Torie, went above and beyond by helping me get my spare tire underneath the car. Very happy with the service here. You also can vacuum your car afterwards.

This place is awesome! Torey does a great job and is extremely knowledgeable about his wash. I highly recommend using this location every time I come in town I make sure to stop in for a wash.

Car wash damaged my vehicle and dirt bag owner said he would replace part he never did. Lying scumbag

Torey and his team are well educated on customer service experience, I would not go to another wash with the comfort I was greeted with today.

Got the trunk looking clean for the weekend, they got me through with no problem.service with a smile.
