This place is a joke. They will take your money each month for memberships. My vehicle suffered rim damage do to a tech guiding me on the track incorrectly. Costing me 1000 dollars to fix. They will not call are return your messages if something happens to your vehicle. Fair warning do not give this place your business.

Trash car was that damaged my vehicle and dirt bag Ken Zengage said he would replace part he never did. Lying scumbag

I have a prepaid account with them. In the past, (last month) someone took over this business, Now! Many things are not working properly, It doesn't read the barcode, I can't access my internet account. No one pick up the phone, no one answers messages.

Does not get everything clean especially the wheels…don’t waste your $$. Pics of dirt left on and after I quickly cleaned them.

Always a great place to wash the car. Vacuums need to vave nossles secured on hoses though please.

If you only need a little more time put your quarters in before it ends or you will spend another $2.50!

Machine won't take my cash, or card reader doesn't work, or won't print a receipt, or attendant forgets to get my receipt, or coupon code doesn't work, or soap left on windows. I like to use this one because it's nearby, but I have yet to go and not have at least 2 problems.

The BLUE SOAP FOAM STAINS EVERYTHING if not immediately washed off (hands, clothes, shoes, etc). Learned this the hard way because I didn't have enough time to rinse thoroughly because there's not enough time to use more than 2 options. Almost like the timer moves faster. Very disappointed. Had to rewash near home.

Car wash itself was good. Not quite sure how the armorall wax was supposed to work but that's another story. I'd give it 5 stars but the vacuum I pulled up to was broken. The crevice attachment was missing.

24 hour touchless is a scam takes your money and the gate never opens to let you in and there's no attendants around. Now I have to file a chargeback to get my money back.

Manager was very helpful in getting my husband's car clean. The express wash didn't remove the chalk off the car from the body collision dealer so the manager helped wipe it off and offered us another wash. Thank you!

We couldn't get the cash pay off the machine to work, but I was so grateful to finally find a good touch free car wash that actually worked well! After paying to replace stripes on the Mistress, I was not having THAT again! We'll definitely use it again when we are in the area.

After the touchless car wash my car was exactly as dirty as before. I realized as soon as I reached home. Maybe i picked the wrong product but it's called car wash after all so I'm not really recommending this

Happy that they have a touch free option for car wash. I paid for the top tier car wash and the machine barely dried the car which I know I'd kind of common at quick car washes. BUT why advertise free tokens for car wash and then say "we are all out" and not offer a rain check of any sort. It wasn't even the end of the day. Super disappointed. Not going back.

Easy place to get in and out. I use it because by my work. Lots of spots for cars to go. Everything works.

Nice open space to do your own inside. Then an automated for outside or also do your own outside to. Close by. I'll be back.

If you pass by this location on your commute, consider the month plan. It saves my car during pollen and love bug seasons. Then in the summer makes driving safer as the heavy rains bead off.

I had a membership with them I cancel it and they still kept charging me for another three months when i saw that im still getting charged i called them and they said they will refund me, 3 months already past and i haven’t get any refound
I have been talking to the manager and the accountant to slove this problem but they didn’t
