8Rude staff, no body knows about the move in days and no response.be careful about your application fee.
This property is denying black people access to rent. I was denied and according to my attorney they are second chance apartments. According to a number of different agencies, they are as well. They make you pay they $75 application knowing they are going to deny you. I am okay with denial. Be careful of the ones you think are least important. We may just come back and own the whole property. If you rent here or try to rent here, beware of WHEN THEY SEE US, I made more than 5x the rent. When I called back there was no reason given, and told we go through a 3rd party, but your paperwork goes directly to them? So who the 3 rd party.
I have lived here for over 4 years, and had elected to move to a bigger unit (2 br) when we toured the two bedroom with the APM we had a confirmed price of $1526 For us to move into the new unit at the end of February. I got a call yesterday from the new PM who has been here maybe a month to tell me they were raising the rent 34% 2 weeks before we were slated to move. She proceeded to tell me she could raise the rent everyday if she wanted to. If the whole property was at capacity I could under a small raise bit 34% is pure greed. Most of the surrounding bui ldings including my own are barely at 40% rented. Dont rent here. The "remodel" is done by the lowest bidder as the work is shoddy at best. There are car break ins all the time, do yourself a favor. DO NOT RENT HERE.
We have lived here 8 years and although we had problems with roaches, we got professional advice from an experienced exterminator and got them under control on our own, have had no other issues until lately with the new maintenance crew. We haven't had any lighting in our breezeway for almost 2 months even though there have been several work orders issued. With longer darkness it is a safety hazard as I have a handicapped person in the apartment. The old maintenance crew were always right there to fix any problem. Hope it gets better as we enjoy living here.
Do yourself a favor and run far and fast from this complex. From personal experience, I can say this is the WORST property manager I've ever dealt with. Things happen when renting and you'll need the leasing office to help you, but you won't get that help here. They'll hang you out to dry. For the money they charge, go find a better complex that's run by better people.
I had a one bedroom apartment here and it was quite nice. The staff in the office, especially Kelly, Christina, and Hannah were very friendly and helpful. They helped me a lot with some maintenance issues and other small issues that arose in the year that I lived here. The apartment was small, but it was nice and updated. There was a washer and dryer in unit and the walls were very thick. You could barely hear the neighbors, if at all. The place was well worth the money, the neighbors kept to themselves and were mostly friendly. I would suggest moving here, the location is very convenient. I lived here 2017-2018.
My husband and I lived here for over 5 years. There were quite a lot of issues over those years from gallons of water raining into our bedroom to the gate codes never really working but for the most part, it was okay living here. It could’ve been worse and it could’ve been way better. It was in a great location as far as close to everything like the beach, however some surrounding areas were pretty rough with crime.
Lived here as my first apartment. Wasn’t bad, had a leak once in the kitchen in the middle of the night, maintenance didn’t come for two days although it’s considered an emergency. The manager Kristina I think it was - was really cool and professional. The other woman on the other hand wasn’t the best. I don’t remember her name but she downplayed the infestation of termites this place got. My kitchen was infested and I called her the next day- and she told me I had to wait till Monday even tho he was arriving that day I called (Friday) bc other people have been waiting weeks for treatment. I was very confused by that but none the less - I stayed with my family for a few days. No accommodations were made for the inconvenience. That ruined the apartment for me.
