Absolutely amazing location rooms are not quite the best but you can’t go wrong with the location that’s what it’s about

If I could give this place a half a star I would. Looks can be very deceiving with this place. Ordered a sangria and a margarita and both tasted like they weren’t freshly made. I’m talking about going to the store and buying those pre-mixes, that’s what it tasted like. I told the waiter that I wasn’t going to drink the margarita, it was awful so he tried to make up by bringing me a strawberry one and that one was no better, I drank two sips and yes still had to pay even though I didn’t want it! The food too, it was bad. The fish tacos were nasty. No flavor on the fish at all. The quesadilla had way too much cheese in it for me that it needed the pico de Gallo inside but they wouldn’t do it. Instead they smothered it in salt and pepper to the point where I didn’t eat but two bites. Never again will I go here to eat or drink.

My husband and I ate at the Majestic Restaurant but didn't stay at the hotel. But the atmosphere of this place was so vibrant and festive with good music and beautiful colors and lots of vegetation in flowers and plants and it felt really good to sit down in here and eat some really great food overlooking South Beach itself. The ocean in the breeze were really great. The food was fabulous also.

Horrible service NOT family friendly. Out side nice place to have a dinner, but hotel room dusty, dirty, sheets had holes, no room service, no cleaning service. List goes on avoid taking your family here!

The showers were flooding the entire floor while taking a shower. The hotel host -female curly hair light skin in the booth was not nice, horrible customer service. The gentleman were a little better then her.

I cannot believe the poor service this restaurant has. The waiter took forever to take care of us. The manager didn't do anything to assist. The bathrooms were extremely dirty and only one was working. The food is handled where the bathrooms are located. This is the worst experience ever.

Loud restaurant noise kept me awake past 2 am. Manager said he couldn’t do anything about it—the restaurant is a separate business from the hotel.

Smells horrible when you walk in. It always smells like weed and the hotel was so busy until 4 AM so it was impossible to sleep. The sheets were dirty and it was not a good place to sleep. I would stay away from this hotel!

The price was ok for the location of the hotel. They did charge a $100 security deposit that they promised to give back 10 business days after my stay and it’s been over a month and I never received anything back. We were hardly in the hotel so everything was left in its place and neatly. So if I knew I was going to get charge an extra $100 I might as well had stayed in a much nicer hotel in the same location. What a scam!

Noisy, dirty and not safe. If you don't want to sleep at night, go ahead.
And they are playing to pretend your review is fake. Classic.

The room was like the pictures and check in was quick and easy. Customer service was nice and free beach towels. My only complaint was the breakfast don’t add it. I suggest going elsewhere. The server didn’t come to our table until 10 minutes later even though it wasn’t busy. Eggs weren’t good and had a hair in it. All in all I would stay again. Just not eat there.

Where should I start? The rooms are so small and they don't have windows for you to see out of period. So you're basically in a small Box with no fresh air. The windows are covered up with white paper from the outside I believe. This hotel looks very old and rusty in the inside. We had rust on our toilet paper handle. When you ask the staff to bring you up fresh toilet paper, sheets or even something to empty the trash and they take hours or they don't come in all. I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and not once did they come and do Room Maintenance or change anything in my Room. There is no microwave or wave or Refrigerator. When you get there they will have 2 water bottles and that's it. As soon as I laid down my body started itching from the sheets. To later find that my sheets had something inside which I am not sure. I now have hives all over me and will be making a doctor's appointment. I will attach a picture of my sheets. When I asked him to bring me a new cover I had to call them twice. All night I heard people running into my door because they were so drunk or down the Hall screaming slamming doors and staff did nothing about it I would be surprised if staff was even on site. Please do not stay here if you want quiet because there is no quiet or peace. I felt like I was in college at a fraternity house. I will not ever stay here again.

I went there before COVID19. Place was packed. Service and food were very good! Best crab legs ever and my entree was delicious. Pictures included. Margaritas the bomb. Huge and yummy. There was always a line for the restrooms.

We enjoyed our stay. Located on the Ocean Drive strip, right near South Beach, it's in the middle of the action. If you don't want much noise, try to get a room towards the back. (They party into the early morning hours outside.) They do provide beach towels. All you have to do is sign them in and out. They have a lock for your valuables inside the room and robes. No free breakfast, but there are plenty of restaurants to chose from along the strip, including theirs.

We didn't stay at Hotel but ate there. The atmosphere is Grand. Customer Service is Great and the Manager is very friendly. Recommend and will visit again. That entire strip is Gorgeous and right on the Beach.

Horrible hotel me and my friends stayed here for a week had a humungous roach in our room, had a flooded bathroom every time we showered, a broken tile in the bathroom and an overall bad experience. The hospitality is horrible the workers will become defensive when you complain. Will never come back again

The rooms are perfect for couples or friends. The rooms are also well kept. The restaurant down stairs is great as well.

The majestic hotel rooms could do better as far as more amenities such as adding a refrigerator and microwave to their rooms also the beds were a little hard to sleep on but the hotel staff were friendly and the hotel Cafe is AMAZING really great food! Plus you pay for it being located in the heart of South beach on ocean drive
