2There's a guy named Tim who lives in 654. This guy thinks the complex belongs to him. He doesn't sleep at night walking around to getting peoples cars towed. The guy is very miserable I don't think his family likes him.
TOWING IS TERRIBLE. They act like devils every night, They tow your cars for whatever reason, they can catch more than 10 cars per night and the office won't help you. The office makes the rules for the parking but they break it, I don't understand why they let this bad thing happens in this community. Even I live here and i love the people here but i feel stressed every day surely, let thinking how bad if your sister can't visit me often, or you don't dare to invite your friends to your house.just because their car will be towed anyway but that is true.
