Failure to communicate via phone or email on my case. Empty promises of follow up. Have complained to the company many times with nothing done.

This place is absolutely amazing! They work with you, they’re patient and costumer focused/oriented. They actually care about the patients well being. They let me come in when they were about to close just so I could get the help I needed. I couldn’t ask for more sweeter/kinder people to help me. Thank you for all that you do!
