Scammers they took my application fee and after I payed them 180 application fee that I though was being processed. No apt manager said I had to pay a 350 holding fee for what. I payed 180 and didn’t even get to apply. They scammed me. I’m out money and they think I’m giving them more I want my money back I was never explained that Taylor at Malabar cove don’t waste your money on applying.

They steal peoples money, they don’t answer or communicate until you want your money back for poor customer services & no longer want to do business. I asked for a refund these people lied and said they don’t have my money I paid in app fee and administration fees after my bank proved a traced were my money was. They are scammers please don’t give these people your hard earned money.

Worst apartment complex ever! They are a scam they charge for any little thing and are never willing to work with you. They never answer maintenance calls. The walls are paper thin so you can hear anyone laugh yell or talk! Constant complaints about noise! They purposely close their pool on the weekends so no one can swim. They never have parking, I do not recommend leasing from them to anyone!

I visited a family there who was signing to purchase their own home. Their apartment was immaculate; I know they will be great home owners, providing a more permanent place to raise their daughters.
