The attention in the office is really bad, the girls who inform you about work are not professional or friendly at all.

Never deal with those people, not professional at all, pro time wasters, they set me for an interview twice and as soon as i go there they inform that the position is filled up, and they hire inly hispanic by the way

Received a confirmation for interview with no time to report. Tried texting them back with no answer. When it says to text if any questions. Went to office for interview anyways. But she had to record of me confirming interview and time. Then states it was at 10 and I'm late 5 mins. She did not recognize text they sent.
Then says we can reschedule for possibly tomorrow. I said possibly. I stated never-mind. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Office appeared to be a temporary set up. Where they could just pack up and leave at a moments notice. DONT RECOMMEND

Ok so I didn't work there the 1st time because I had a full time job and I told them! I had to take the job cause they couldn't give me 40 hours! So they kept calling me asking me to work! So I decided sure il do it part time now so the lady who called me told me to go get my badge! Now this lady calls me 2 a week ask me to work! So today I go get my badge they tell me I'm out of the system! So why is someone keeps calling and ask me to work? Then I wasted my time and gas going there cause this company doesn't have a clue what they are doing! I stood there waiting for her to gossip with another employee while everyone was waiting! Do NOT WORK THERE! They are unorganized and do not have a clue what they are doing! They pay 11 a hour while other rent a car places pay 15! They pay low and can't even give u 40 hours not even 25! They do not have a clue! I never seen a company that can't get it together in both offices! I argee with the other reviews all these people in the office need to be fired! They do not know what they are doing

I don't understand how they place untrained personnel for customer service in companies, without professional ethics, a person who works in a call center or human resources must be an educated person with good treatment. The owner of this company should really clean up of your staff

This place is the most unprofessional ever. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to work there. Active drug users employed at the airport driving cars. I was trying to get in touch with the corporate office and before I was put on hold. The lady spoke in Spanish saying that I sounded upset and rude. I understand Spanish then says he sounds black. I hope one day the place is washed free of the people you have working there now

IF I COULD MARK ANY STARS I WOULD. DO NOT work for this company, it is a WASTE of time. My husband has been working for 3 weeks and STILL HAS NOT BEEN PAID, all due to irresponsibility of administration, since according to them "they scanned the routing number wrong". IT IS UNACCEPTABLE. On top of that, everyone who works in the office is NOT helpful. They are rude, rude, inefficient, in short they are useless for NOTHING and they don't care about the employee. My husband went with time in advance since the card that they provided him to charge did not want to be activated. And thanks to the snake that works in that office, he couldn't resolve on time and collect. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, THIS COMPANY, IF YOU CAN CALL IT THAT, DOESN'T WORK.

I put my application on indeed and said I just wanted 3 days, fri sat, sun, morning shift, for rental car cleaner. They text me and said come in for an interview and bring 2 ID, get there 2 Spanish women are doing the interview, the one with the glasses with nice body f up attitude said oh we can't give you 3 days you need to have open availability. They don't have any work, I went all the way over there for nothing, wasted my time. So I'm mad and I let them know that if they were not interested they could of told me. The Spanish chick with the glasses yells at me and tells me get out, yelling at me and call 5 Spanish dude in the complex to get me out, so theres 5 guys ready to fight meat the place so. 5 guys ready to fight, and they take your ID in the interview so they know who you are.yes 5 guys Spanish waiting for an altercation at MLS.
Ready to fight. MLS.the interview is terrible. Don't waste your time, they are going to give you what ever schedule they have.

Bad service… took interview Thursday, told me to come to train Friday at 9: 15am I was on site at 9am when I come in the office the first thing I said was a Good morning I’m here for training and not even a good morning back or anything I was just told to wait outside after waiting like 10 mins guy comes to me and tell me I wasn’t schedule for train Friday that it was for Saturday told the staff I even call out my other job to show up for training because I was ready to start asap and the lady with a little attitude told me that my confirmation for training was a message from a robot not a real personal and told me I couldn’t do it. I even told them I drove an hour and it was like they didn’t care. Not to mention that it was also a non-pay Trainning. So if they don’t care about these little things imagine how much they will care for you as an employee. Sometimes you have to help employees out and give it a mile extra it’s not always about the “owners” “staff” or “company” WE (the employees) are the one that actually make your business work we deserve to be listen and find a way to make it work!
