I had a root canal done by Dr Strimer. After the procedure, the bump on my gum went away, and the X-ray that I took 7 months later, showed a complete clear up of my infection

Everyone was very pleasant and knowledgeable during my visit. I had been in a lot of pain and they were able to schedule me into the office very quickly. Dr. De Jongh was wonderful and precise with his procedure. I really appreciate their time and their effort to take care of my needs. Thank you so much for everything.

Dr. De Jongh was meticulous in his procedure while I watched the entire process on my 97 year old spouse, and he patiently described the X-rays of the results.

I called to get an emergency appointment and the staff was so professional and got me in the next day. This was in addition to their office working with the VA for my care. The entire staff were pleasant and addressed my urgent issue right away.

The VA community care department needs to improve.
When I submit a Request for VA community care, it’s apparent it is sidelined. Nothing happens for at least two weeks and that’s only after I call to get a status on my application. Telling the VA community care office that I am in pain has no effect on an application for process Improvement. Nothing happens for at least two weeks and that’s only after I call to get a status on my application.
However,
Speed and accuracy are essential.
This department must hire more staff, pay them well, so there’s no turnover, and adjust current staff members to the new rates.

Excellent Experience, friendly, warm and very competent staff. My root canal was realitively pain free and the doctor was very attentive to my comfort through out. I Highly Recommend them.

Unfortunately I don’t like writing bad reviews but after my last visit with Dr. Strimer I can’t say anything good about his treatment! I have developed a sinus condition after his root canal and I have to have my tooth extracted! I had an abscess tooth that he failed to remove all the abscess from the start dentist here in Florida rip off the elderly from now on I will fly to Boston for serious dental work!

We started out today with a request from the dental office for me to change the time to half an hour earlier. Next came a a call to change the time to 15 minutes later.

I arrived 17 minutes after the stated time. We began the procedure, when halfway through, the dentist wraps it up and tells me I’ve got to come back - as it turns out three weeks later.

I have to drive back up to Bradenton again. I have to go through numbing and the entire dental procedure, apparently because this office is so tightly scheduled.

The receptionist did not tell me that it was crucial that I arrive exactly on the dot, or there would not be enough time to complete the procedure. If she had, that would’ve changed what I did,

I don’t feel good about how this has played out.

Very pleasant and genuine experience. Staff was friendly and courteous. Highly recommended using this facility.
