Wife & I went for the first time recently, and it couldn’t have been a better experience.

Was greeted by Rachel in the office, one of the most kindest people. She walked us through the membership options and answered every question we had accurately & kindly.

One of the things I really like about this range is the safety protocols. There’s no rules that make you think “why”. It’s all extremely thorough and feels 100% controlled by the marshals.

The marshals were freaking awesome! We met Billy first, who walked us through the range rules and everything else we need to know. Super cool dude! No one is breathing down your neck as your shooting, yet they are paying attention. For an example, I brought a buddies ar pistol without sights on it to test fire. Billy seemed to be no where to be found, but as soon as I pulled that out to shoot. He was there and kindly explained that I had to shoot it in a designated space at the end of the range. I really respected that! The fact that he was so quick to direct me just demonstrates the level of Safety there at the Gun Club. It’s just really nice to have staff that are paying extreme attention to what’s going on, yet not baby sit.

All in all, been looking for a nice outdoor range to become a regular at. And this place has definitely got my support.

GET THE MEMBERSHIP, Super worth it.

If I had any complaints, my only one would be that there’s no fans or anything in the range. It was HOT the other day lol. But I mean, that’s not the ranges fault. Still probably the nicest range I’ve been to!

The only game in town if you want to shoot rifles past 100 yards. The range staff is friendly and helpful.if you have malfunctions, they will help you and have the wrenches and basic tools to do it. They even have spotting scopes and rests on hand if you forget yours and have lower magnification optics.

Drove a hour and they were closed for no reason idk why they say they’re open on their website.

Great range. Very clean, well laid out and run well.
Lost one star dude to the angry old man RSO with some sort of god complex who spent more time shooting than watching the range and proceeded to go on rant that gas guns should not be allowed on 600 range and of up to him he would ban everyone. For a few moments I thought I would have to call 911 as he looked like he was having a heart attack. Everyone else was very friendly and helpful and after moving ranges away from Grandpa I know everything, my son and I had a great time

I've been shooting 3gun at Manatee for several years. The match organizers do a great job and put on a fun, challenging match.
Range management is a different story. I've heard complaints for years, but only had one slightly negative experie before today.
Today, the range management shut down our match due to lightning within 5mi. We were all disappointed, but accepted it. I asked one of the uniformed Range Safety Officers about their weather data and criteria. Billy was courteous, answered my questions patiently and professionally. Then another uniformed staff member chimed in with a sarcastic comment (he probably thought it was a joke) about life insurance policies to shoot in thunderstorms. After they happily took a full range fee for half a match, this guy had to rub salt in the wound with his stupid response to my question.
As much as I like the 3gun organization and the matches they put on, I won't be coming back. I paid $35 to shoot four stages, not to be treated like that by range management.

Place is amazing and very fun to shoot. From the lady at the counter greeting you all the way to the range officers were exceptional and knowledgeable and very helpful. We came back for another round of pistol challenge course and it did not disappoint. The range officers Geroge, Sydney, Luis, and Tony. Were fantastic and extremely knowledgeable in all shooting techniques and gave us pointers and never let us get discouraged when missing targets. I have an outdoor range 15 minutes from my house and I drive 1 1/2 hours to come to this place because of the top notch staff! Great place and already planning my next visit! Hats off to the staff and owner on a well put together range.

I came down today with a few friends to run The Pistol Challenge course. Check in at the main building was easy, Billy had a great attitude. Once on the course I dealt with 2 ROs (there were 3). George went through all of the safety info, it was very useful & comprehensive. He then walked us thought the course explaining where we would stand a and which targets we would be addressing. After that dry run we did the course hot twice. After each run he & Sydney (another RO), would walk the targets & evaluate each & explain why I may have missed. Their advise was invaluable & definitely help me get on target. George & Sydney were great! They were personable & made it fun. Please don't request them, I'd like them to be available the next time I return.

This place is AWESOME! The staff is so nice and helpful! The range is run very professionally for maximum safety! The RSO's are very patient and helpful. I will definitely return. I've been to an outdoor range before in the north East. It was nothing like this! Top notch

Rafael and his team were a joy to meet when we first arrived in Florida. After spending time with Rafael on our grand tour of the club, my husband and I knew we'd be comfortable in this amazing community of shooting sports enthusiasts and are looking forward to the 3-D Archery Ranges opening up.

First time ever going to this range. From the get go PSOs were super friendly and happy to explain their rules and how they cycle through hot and cold range. On the main line we had several PSOs ask how we were doing and making sure we were having a good time. I must say the cherry ontop of the experience (i was the noobie of the group) was Sydney and George at the pistol challenge range. Both were so thorough in explaining how everything worked and had no problem spending a little extra time giving me some extra tips on stance, trigger finger positioning and general handling of the pistol I was using. Super appreciated being very new to firearms in general. Definitely recommend this range to anyone who might seem intimidated or nervous about being new to it all.

All around pretty good. For a range that goes to 600 yards at a fair price, it's pretty decent. The target stand, straps and steel targets themselves are pretty beat up. Many people just unloaded their rounds all over the place, hitting whatever they can. Would be nice to see some new wood and targets. I go there regularly for my long guns, pretty cool place.

I'm the buddy of Mike Mathews who left a review and couldn't agree more with his review. We hesitated to make the almost one hour drive because of some of the negative reviews. I'm glad we decided to go and was pleasantly surprised. We'll be back and bring some friends.

My buddy and I were out yesterday September 4,2021 and we had a great time nothing like the one star reviews that we read everybody was helpful friendly informative upbeat and contagious we will definitely give it another shot no pun intended

This place is awesome. Range masters are the nicest guys ever. It was the first chance I got to shoot past 100 yards and I was still a novice at all of it but Derek helped me out so much I ended up nailing shots at 300 yards like nothing. Extremely friendly clean and laid-back range. Full of drinks and supplies for sale. Definitely signing up for a membership for me and my girlfriend.

Great people and customer service was amazing. The archery range was great setup and the 3D range was is going to be very cool

We had a great group of ladies only last Sunday there & we had lots of fun, practicing and fellowship!

Great First Class Range! I really like how there is something for every shooter. I hope 3 gun comes back soon!
