They are always there when you need them which is in Porten for follow up?
Technician did not confirm needed services. Did only what he wanted to or thought he was supposed to do. I did not get the services I needed.
Provider was on time, pleasant, courteous. He took time to listen to what I had to say, and answered my questions.
Going to Manatee Hearing & Speech Center has been a wonderful experience & Kristen Van Watteghem made it so for me. I've gone to several audiologists throughout the years & by far Kristen is the best one I've dealt with. She is kind, patient & has only had my best interest at heart. I trust her implicitly & hope she never leaves.
