If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I called the main number and talked to Ken, (the owner) and was able to schedule an inspection for a time that was convenient for both me and my husband. From that phone call, Ken was clear about what was included and transparent about the cost.

During the inspection, he answered and explained things along the way from start to finish. Ken was also sure to point out items that are not an issue now, but could be in the future. As a home buyer, this was the thoroughness we were looking for in a home inspector. He has been in the business for decades and clearly knows what he is looking for. His report was ready the next day, and it was clear, easy to read, and had definitive results and recommendations. There were an ample amount of pictures to justify the recommendations and needs. Hard to say enough positive things about Manatee Home Inspection's services. We're local commercial property investors and have used MHS about 7 times in the past few years.
