To be honest, I was bit apprehensive about going a “salon” for my haircut because I typically don’t go a higher end salon.
But I was pleasantly surprised how my hair turned out.
I’ll be back for sure.

What does a man want? What should a man have? Since the days of Socrates, these perennial questions have occupied philosophers. Most men don't ask for much: a good wife, great kids, a few close friends, dependable golf clubs, a small arsenal of well-designed firearms, and an incredible barber. My fellow kings and I want these things and, indeed, the things we should have. Not every monarch achieves the high peak of these essential, prized desires, but as for me, I am on top of the world. Some might suggest that it is unfair that I have been able to ascend these sheer cliffs of life to behold the vast beauty on the horizon, but when much is given, much is required. It is a great honor and responsibility to shoulder, so those who have planted our flag on the highest peaks should take it seriously. A cost comes with having locks like Samson, the mane of a lion with a pride to protect. I dare not entrust its care to ordinary mortals with inferior skills but only to the greatest of sheer-wielders in South Florida.

After a long and arduous search for the pinnacle of barbing excellence, Kandis has been my barberess for over a year at the Man Cave. While many scissor jockeys might be intimidated by the news anchor's perfection of my golden-brown strands, with precision, attention to detail, and finesse, Kandis delivers a hair and beard cut that stops the mouths of even the harshest critics. When the work is complete, the shop goes silent, and the people stare, mouth agape, at what they assume they may never see again. You may think there are days when I grow weary of the long stares and whispered comments as I carry out my daily tasks: "Why can't my husband's hair look like that? " or "What if my boyfriend's beard was as epic as his? " But my fellow traveler, weary I am not-it is my joy to point the masses to Kandis. Of course, you may think, "It's going to cost a fortune. " Nonsense. Putting a bumper sticker on a Ferrari is a crime, so why would one expect to don a superior style without a modest investment? "I won't have money to eat, " the naysayers might quip, "I need food. " But to the astonishment of those with even the most modest budgets, when Kandis performs her craft, the possibility of others paying for all your meals increases exponentially.

So, most noble gentlemen of South Florida, why hast thou delayed? Carpe diem. Book your appointment with Kandis, and when you do, you will wonder why you ever allowed losing in life to be an option. Your crown will shine brighter than ever before.

Kandice is awesome! She cuts great hair, takes her time and does an awesome job on my coloring. I come to her for my monthly cut, color and bi weekly line up.

Unfortunately I’m not coming back. I felt super mistreated by Robberto, who was half listening and half checking his phone, and my kids absolutely hated their haircuts. Not coming back

Andrew has been cutting my hair for years. Always polite and has great attention to detail. I've enjoyed him so much as a barber and individual. Always has a very comfortable personality. He not only cares about giving you a great service but cares for you as a human. I dont even go for a haircut anymore. I just pay to see him.

Been using Alex for years for a beard trim and couldn't be happier. When Alex was on vacation I saw Andrew and have the same sentiment. Class acts and highly recommend.

Alex always does an excellent job with my haircuts. The cut he gave me yesterday was an exceptionally good one. Alex uses all the tools of his trade to provide exactly what you’d like to have. He really knows his craft. I have been to a good number of barbers here in the area in all the years I have lived here and I can honestly say Alex is the best one I’ve had. Highly recommended!

Final found the weekend right person, I've been to Kandis three times and each time is better. Make sure you ask for Kandis and tip her well.

Andrew is an awesome barber. Amazing cuts and cool guy.occasionally, I go in earlier and drink a beer while I wait. This is my go to spot.

Always a great experience with Andrew Mitchell at Man Cave in Boca. I find that he’s always on time with his appointments and accommodating with scheduling.

Andrew is awesome I’ve been using somebody else for 10+ years and he retired. I gave Andrew an I gave Andrew a try and Andrew, is my guy going forward.

Andrew is the best. I drive past 2 other Mancaves just to go see him for my haircut … always a great cut and always good conversation. 10/10 go see Andrew!

I cannot recommend Kandis enough. She does a fantastic job cutting my hair, especially on the fade, which she does better than anyone who ever cut my hair before. She always keeps her appointments on time, too, which I hardly ever experienced at the last few places I went to even with an appointment.
