Don't even think about moving here. You'll regret it. Mold, mice, roaches, noise, crime, leaks, broken appliances. Finally, no refund of deposit after scrubbing apartment from top to bottom.
It is one click away from hell.

Horrible place.scam people who work there Ac always broken, mold, hot tub probably works once in a year.when Im done with my lease and moved out, Angela
The manager seppousely, walked and check my apartment and she said I will get my full deposit back that NEVER HAPPENED. They never send me paperwork of anything. I called and called never send my money back.don't stay or lease this place ITS HORRIBLY, safe you money and look somewhere else

**UPDATE**!
We have a new on site Property Manager, Martha. Martha "GETS IT, " she cares, listens, understands, most importantly she is of her word and she takes immediate action! Change is definitely here and I fully trust
she's going to make a positive difference and impact on this beautiful property!

I have been here for I believe 4 years. I actually love living here, I love my apartment and I love my immediate neighbors. The location is Awesome, my unit is very spacious with lots of closet space (which is a plus) and a screened in balcony (another plus) which actually was the main reason for moving here. HOWEVER, property management, office staff, HOA and maintenance SUCK! They are lazy, have an I dont care attitude, ghetto, they pass the buck and make excuses. I have a squirrels nest on the top of my lanai and the leaves of the palm tree which brush up against my screen serves as their bridge to their nest. Needless to say I have holes in my screen from the squirrels and from the palm tree leaves. Some of the holes are so big that the squirrels are entering/exiting my lanai and there are rodent droppings in my lanai. I actually had to use packaging tape to cover the holes that could be covered (ghetto). I have been waiting for maintenance to replace my screen for 3 weeks. All I keep hearing is excuses when I need immediate solutions! Very unacceptable especially when squirrels carry diseases and I CAN NOT use a portion of my home that I pay good money for every month. Oh.now there is a wasp nest inside the squirrels nest. So in addition to the squirrels I now have wasps coming into my lanai (I can't make this up). I have a leak under my bathroom sink. I actually have a pot under there to collect the water (ghetto). This too has been 3 weeks. Maintenance came and actualy saw the water collecting in the pot. It's still NOT fixed. The gate.which is a another reason for moving here.it still is NOT working. It worked for maybe 1 good year of living here. Man.we heard A LOT of excuses about that gate. I will say a company came out months ago to do "some" work on it.but the fact of the matter is it's still NOT working! SMH. Again no permanent solutions. The decks around the lakes are an eye sore. They are worn down, washed up with unstable planks. They are even more of an eye sore since the HOA has placed bright orange netting around the decks to prevent residents from going on them because obviously they are unsafe and it's a liability issue. Residents received letters saying these 2 things are going to be fixed. Well.it has now been "approximately" well over 6 months and you guessed it.it still is NOT fixed. The grounds here are beautiful but the poor management and maintenance of the property sadly takes away from its beauty. It is looking like it is being ran. Ghetto! If this property had better management, better staff and better maintenance.it NO DOUBT would be top notch! At this point my big toe can run a better property!

***UPDATE ****
Bathroom sink still leaking and still have pot under there to catch the water.however.my Screen is now fixed. YaaaaY! Also the new gate is fully installed and working! Double yaaay! Since the gate has been working (1 day) noticed less cars, less rift rafters and less speeding as the gate slows people down. It appears they are trying to do better. I sure do hope so!

***UPDATE***
2 Months to the day and pipe under sink still isn't fixed.still leaking and still have a pot under there to catch the water. On a good note they are starting to re-do the decks around the pond and gate still looks great and still working!

Friend from up north thought this place was good. She has so many problems and they don't do a thing. Thank God what she told me we won't go there.

I left the apartment in the same condition I received it and moved out in May, it’s now September. I still have not received my $1,000 deposit back.

I will be hiring a lawyer if I do not hear from the management company this week and taking this to court. They need an on-site property manager, they are making Angela do the work of 2 or 3 people. Angela was great, Dominique the prior property manager was not helpful and now there is a new mystery property manager who is never there. You get what you pay for…. Pay a little bit more and go somewhere else with an on-site property manager who can handle the work load and get people their deposits back.

I have the same issue as the most recent review. I have been in touch with the new property manager Tisha (she has been very helpful and trying to get my refund back) and sent a demand for Security Deposit refund letter to the corporate office with no response. I keep getting the runaround about my refund. I am ready to also get a lawyer and take them to court for not returning my $400 deposit or prorated rent for August I paid. I have also received no Notice of Intent to Impose a Claim or a Final Account Statement. Per Florida Statutes they have to send these or refund the deposit within 15 day if no claim was made. I lived there for 10 years, replaced my own carpet in February, left the place in impeccable condition minus normal wear and tear. Guess there will be several lawsuits against them between this property and Bridgewater down the street for not returning deposits or informing past residents. And don’t tell me to email the office, I’ve done that with no response as to when I will get my refund.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! We moved in two months ago and it has been a nightmare. Before moving from Wisconsin, I called Angela to ensure our apartment was ready. The day we are supposed to move in, she called and explained that the AC is broken and that they will pay for us to stay in a hotel. After the weekend, we were able to officially move in. When walking into the apartment, we were horrified. It needed so many repairs and was visibly not clean from the previous tenants and the toilet was leaking all over the floor. We called Angela and she had us go to a hotel again and the toilet repair was not made for an additional week. Now a week a half later, we walk into a still filthy apartment. I spent hours disinfecting the walls, carpets, bathroom, and kitchen. There was food left behind and chunks of hair caked into the bathroom drawers. There was also a leak in the kitchen that took two weeks to address that ended up flooding the floor while trying to wash dishes. I would have to bring 5 towels with me every time I wanted to do dishes to soak up the water on the floor. We were unable to wash clothes for a week because the water connection for the washer was busted and leaking on the floor. There is also black mold that they refuse to address. I have submitted numerous maintenance reports to fix the broken blinds, holes in the wall and ceiling that let the AC out ($234 AC bill), and MOLD. Bugs are bad here as well, but we have managed to keep them under control with various sprays, traps, and calling pest control. Please look at the photos I have attached. Rent elsewhere and pay the extra few hundred dollars. Trust me, it will be well worth it in the long run.

Angela did a phenomenal job. She has a lot of jobs and multi tasks like no one I ever met before. She is courteous and efficient to get back to you on phone or in person in a timely manner. She made my experience one of the best with moving in and I couldn’t be happier with her customer service! The complex is excellent I have had no issues with my apartment!

Do not live here! Our AC was out for 6 months and has gone out 5 times since then. Our apartment is now full of cockroaches because we’ve been calling for pest control for 4 months and they won’t send anyone. They are in our food and crawling on us in bed! Nobody answers the phone or emails you back. The city had an inspector come out and gave them a date to complete maintenance requests by and then still have not done them. Department of health even shut down the hot tub.

I don't believe any of the bad reviews. I have been on the future resident list for a year. They never have any apartments available. No one moves out. So it can't be that bad.

RUN! RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM THIS DUMP! I have contacted the office and submitted over 30 maintenance request over the past year and a half and they have not fixed one thing. NOTHING in my apartment works correctly but they choose to raise rent by over 150 dollars. My bedroom window leaks everytime it rains, bathroom ceiling is covered in mold, no outlet covers, bathtub is rusting, microwave doesn’t not work, AC will not reach any temperature below 76 degrees which is HOT. They send maintenance to take pictures but they never return to fix anything. This place is a complete dump and you’ll be better off in government housing. I am a military member and they do not care, they completely ignore my request so I will now be taking further action.

And they have a nerve to not rent to Voucher holders, All the tenants who experience an issue with this complex should call the City Of St Petersburg, this not how a tenant should be treated and PAY THEIR RENT. REPORT THIS CONDO AND ASSOCIATION.

This complex is amazing beautiful, just moved into my new apartment absolutely love it, have to say property Angela is outstanding made move so great and has taken care of any and all needs that I've ask for, I highly recommend this complex to anyone
