Mandara Spa at Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin Hotel, Orlando FL

Our couples massage was perfect, start to finish. We highly recommend taking a break and relaxing at the Mandara Spa.

Dirty and no amenities! This is not a “spa” it is a place to get services and sit in uncomfortable chairs they call “meditation” rooms. The men’s side had broken tiles everywhere and the steam room didn’t work. In the women’s side the “steam” room was open but there was no steam and there appeared to have black mold coming out of vent. The women’s shower room, the bench was falling off wall and the ceiling was peeling and moldy/ dirty. The massage therapist was nice and did a good job. For basic couple 60 minute massages with 1 foot treatment it was over $500 with the tip already included. Definitely not worth the money!

My treatment was great, lounge area was quiet, nice porch; the reason for the 3 was simply the facilities- for resort spa prices and the Mandara name I expect more amenities such as a whirlpool, cold plunge and more comfortable seating; the facilities just seemed old and a bit dreary; the people and the service made it top-notch but i likely would not go back without more amenities

My husband and I booked a couple’s massage with specific massage therapists. We’re in town visiting family and the Disney parks for the holidays and we were thrilled to get an appointment for just what we wanted at the only time that would work for us.

Day before our massages we get a call from Mandara that they had some kind of scheduling error and could no longer do a couple’s massage, nor provide either of the requested massage therapists.

It was a bummer that we had to cancel since they couldn’t provide the service we had booked.

One extra star for the nice person who answered the phone and processed our cancellation but only 2 stars because they disappointed us by making a reservation and then not being able to uphold it.

Normally a review is of services provided but this review is to warn you not to rely on this spa to keep your reservation. This unreliability is super disruptive for folks who have travel plans.

I’ve been all over the world to many spas, but I have to say, hands-down, this has been my best massage! I was truly relaxed for the entire experience. Ash uses different modalities that work so well together and she customizes to your needs. She is a true healer and cares about your experience. I wish I was closer because I would love to go back many more times. I also had a facial which left my face glowing for days after. I love all the products the spa uses. It’s a beautiful and relaxing spa to enjoy. I highly recommend!

My experience at the Mandala Spa was amazing. Ash was an incredible therapist, very talented and I will 100 percent return for another massage when I come back to Orlando next year. The spa was very tranquil, the massage was amazing and, in general, everyone was very helpful and kind.

I highly recommend Ashley at this spa! She is all about truly helping people feel good, calm and relaxed. She got all the knots and wanted help me heal. She did a bit of stretching as well and told me how to do a stretch by the door to relieve the tension on my shoulder blades and back. She is passionate about what she does! The spa is nice and clean. Ambiance did feel a little outdated though…

I can't possibly find the right words to describe the skillful and compassionate masage I recieved from Ash. My body was suffering from months of stress and much long-distance running. Ash knew what to do.with sports massage experience and an incredible intuitive touch, I felt like a new woman after a hour in Ash's care. I will definitely make another appointment on my next visit.

Went here 2x during a recent Disney trip for a reflexology foot manage. It made a world of a difference in being able to walk and enjoy Disney. On my second visit I had Ash as my therapist and she did an amazing job, adding a shoulder rub that was tremendous in helping with pain. I come to Florida a lot for conferences and will be staying as much as I can at the Dolphin for the spa options

Ashleigh is a wonderful masseuse.she is a “healer” in every sense of the word.i highly recommend anybody going to Mandara at the Dolphin to request her for your massage.one of the best massages i’ve ever had.

Beautiful retreat from all the sights and sounds of Disney World! Ashleigh was a wonderful masseuse with so much experience in massage that I didn't once have to ask her to adjust her pressure. She found all my sore points and had me feeling like a new man by the time I left. Will definitely go back the next time we are in the 2nd Happiest Place on Earth (Disneyland is still the happiest).

I took my marketing team to Mandara today and was assigned to Ashley. I’ve been fortunate to have experienced massage therapies in renown spas all over the world and must say that Ashley is the best professional I’ve encountered. Her 18.5-year experience was revealed on her first touch. Her soothing voice and guidance sounded like a guided meditation. Here is a professional who absolutely loves what she does.

I get massages very frequently and this was definitely not the best and not worth the price. It was mostly a pat down with barely any pressure, at times ok, and mostly just like swirling menthol on my back. Therapist seemed sick/tired and didn't even ask if the pressure was ok or anything. They also said they automatically include 20% tip so even if it is sub-par, you're still paying like it was good.

Deep tissue massage was awesome and worked out all knots allowing me to enjoy the rest of my vacation

Excellent service all around. All employees were very helpful. Thanks to Bill my massage therapist. I believe her name was Linda the locker attendant was amazing. Love it be back.

I love Gayle for a Mani Pedi. The space has a salon feel but still upscale. I don't like going to spas for manj pedis and it's just me in the room with a bowl of hot water. This is the best of both worlds haha!
