Mandarin Oriental, Miami

I have been staying at Mandarin properties off and on for the past 15 years. I have stayed at high level brands both in the US and abroad including many Sofitels, The Connaught, Lanesborough, Corinthia, and Wynn Las Vegas amongst many others. Sebastian and his team deliver an experience that is unmatched at the Mandarin Oriental Miami. The Mandarin Oriental Is only place to stay when in Miami for an all-inclusive resort experience. The Spa, private beach access and restaurant La Mar by Gaston Ocurio are jewels in the crown of this wonderful establishment. Highly recommended.

Literally the best hotel I’ve stayed with the combination of fantastic view, service, location, and room itself.

So so thankful for JP. He was amazing. Handsome and nice! Opened my door for me and was so thoughtful. I had great time through him and this company.

Great experience, except for few staff that I did not appreciate what they did to us.
The guy in MO bar + lounge at around 1pm on 11/25/2021 was rude yelled at me & spoke in Spanish (he thought I didn’t understand) to the other coworker.
The other staff on the other hand, we were taking family photos by the beach area he suddenly came to us in a mean way just to ask us about our room number & last name to see if we were guests there at MO.

Everyone was excellent and very hospitable except for some.

Loved when I was here for my birthday! The staff were amazing and kind, can't wait to come back!

The MO is a great place to stay in Miami. Not a miami. Beach destimation but a more city destination. Amenities are excellent and the food options are great

We had such a relaxing vacation at the Mandarin Hotel! The staff is so helpful and kind. The pool was relaxing and quiet with amazing views of the city. I couldn’t find any other hotel with a pool and bar area like this one when I was searching. Their happy hour is literally the best one we have been to so far in Miami as every single drink is unique and delicious. It definitely says something when you see their entire bar area full during happy hour as well as their restaurant packed inside and out. The food is really good here! Everything was so perfect that I regret checking out and staying else where for the rest of my vacation. Had I know the next hotel we were going to stay at wasn’t going to even come close to half as nice, I would have paid extra to just stay. I would stay here every time I visit in the future.

This is an amazing hotel. We stayed here for 6 nights and everything was perfect. Right from checking in, to room service; to the attentive front desk staff, and cleaning crew, this is 5 star service. Other places say 5 star but fall behind, this place truly makes you feel special. Not since four seasons Hawaii have I felt so good, we were relaxed and enjoyed every bit of our stay.
On site restaurant is one of the best.
Location on brickell is amazing with classy and well dressed folks everywhere, unless you are a 20 something year old, I would avoid south beach.
The bellmen and valet service was prompt. They always greet you by name when you call front desk.
Pool although small is clean and lots of towels available.
Will be staying here every time I travel to Miami.

Had a truly incredible stay at the Mandarin Oriental this past weekend. The service was exceptional, and the hotel location is perfect (walking distance to the bustling downtown area of Brickell, but set slightly outside on Brickell Key where it is more peaceful). We loved the spa and every room has a balcony. I would literally go back in a heartbeat, such a fantastic place. Also they have a really great happy hour in the hotel bar and live music on the weekends.

Great location. Easy walk on/off key to Brickell center. Spa is really great. Service was really good. Breakfast also really good. It’s a great getaway spot but feels a little dated in some places especially the room itself.

Such an incredible stay at the Mandarin Oriental, Miami. Celebrated my mom’s 55th birthday weekend here and I cannot say enough great things about every single staff member we encountered. They all went above and beyond to make my mom feel special and loved. The spa is amazing and breakfast at La Mar each morning was divine. This hotel will definitely be the only place I stay when coming to Miami. 10/10.

Resort style hotel. What the Mandarin’s rooms lack in modernity, their artistic old world style transports you to a classier time. However the rest of the resort is very modern, chique and cutting edge. If the classic nature of the rooms is not your flavor, the resort makes up for it in being a full service luxury resort with a private beach that is elite yet affordable. The location is unmatched and the staff is extremely accommodating. Highly recommend.
