Firstly, Dr. Miller’s supporting staff are an absolute joy to deal with. They are good humoured, attentive and highly professional. Dr. Miller is very approachable, highly knowledgeable and has a demeanour that makes me feel very comfortable in his presence. He is not forceful in his approach and listens very carefully to your viewpoint.
Going for my regular doctor’s appointment is a very pleasant experience, rather than being stressful.
I am obviously extremely happy that I chose Dr. Miller for my family doctor and also lucky there was a space for me.

The staff was friendly and efficient, and Dr. Miller took the time to address all my questions and concerns.

Horrible experience. Not only do they have the wrong address on file which caused me to go to the wrong place therefore be late, but they are far from being accommodating and try to make up for that. I made sure to call twice to let them know I was running behind to avoid having to reschedule or cancel, then I make it and they seem unbothered and unwilling to help telling me they already canceled my appointment, and comes someone from the back telling the front desk lady speaking to me that the Dr does not want to see the patient. The office was empty and there were no patients waiting to be seen. They could have easily tried to accommodate, but they decided they didn’t want to even bother trying. Never seen such unprofessional and unaccommodating people.

Dr Miller is my doctor for more than 10 years already.
That means I have nothing to complain about Dr Miller.

Fabulous doctor, shows compassion and concern. Doesn’t make you wait. Nice nurse and super friendly front-desk team - they make you feel right at home and even know not only your name, but your family member’s as well.

Dr. Miller has been my primary doctor for a few years now and I personally am very particular with who I frequent for my medical needs and Dr. Miller and his team have always been top notch. It’s always been a seamless visit. Highly recommend.

Annual wellness check went smoothly as expected. Dr Miller did not seem to have received VA lab test results, however, that l previously provided to a receptionist prior to my appointment.
