Loved all the amazing barbers that was their. The barber who cut my son's hair was extremely nice and knew exactly what we wanted. Will definitely be back️

First impressions are always the last. This is our first time here and we arrived at 1053 am. It wasnt alot of folks in there so we decided to wait. Here it is 2 hours later and the barber told me that there were appointments that were made which is fine but what about walk ins? This man said there is a barber for walk ins but I only seen this barber cut 2 people's hair after the first hour we arrived. Another barber volunteered to cut my son's hair after he's done with his walk ins. I also found out that the scheduled appointments were waiting as long as we have which doesn't make sense at all. After this, I will happily go where I know we can get faster and efficient services. This is ridiculous and unprofessional especially when no one acknowledges you unless you approach them.

Not too friendly you have to go outside and ask the barbers if they are available

Let's just say my experience here was not the greatest but something good came out of it.
Went here seeking possibly to be a potential (New client). Walked in verbally greeted clients, stylists and barbers. Will not express the lack there of for a "Hello" Good afternoon etc. Needed to make an appointment wasnt sure if they took walk-ins? Spoke with a gentleman (Barber) asking him about getting my son an appointment if possible tomorrow. Expressed patience due to 24 hour notice. I was so surprised he never gave his name? His client shared that information. JT (his name) proceeded to almost reluctantly give me his phone number. We coordinated a time possibly he would be available. JT encouraged me to text and confirm name of my son and awareness of how we met. So I did just as he asked next morning did that. JT confirmed for 11 am appointment. Arrived 10 minutes early. NO CALL NO SHOW! Another Barber was courteous enough to take care of my son. He also had others waiting. If I visit this facility again he will not be recommended AT ALL!

Service was terrible. Long wait.so we left i recommend not to go to this place period.go to another place
