Manhattan Flats reviews
12Just moved here a week ago and it’s such a great place and community! Very clean very inviting very comfortable. Great area and the new management is fast and takes care of anything! Highly recommend this complex
We went and viewed and sighed within 24 hours and they got to us super fast with answering questions, very attentaive, if unable to take your call they get back right away. Very friendly. Also the complex is super clean and super cute and kept up. Also no hidden fees, like most places. Highly recommend this place!
Honestly the cutest place I'm going to miss it so much! The new property management has made massive improvements and are extremely accommodating.
The apartments were built in the late 60's so it still has that vintage vibe that I absolutely adore. Yes it's (cool) old but the new management is prompt with notifying residents and fixing things quickly. Lived on the second floor and never really had any issues since the take over in April
I'll definitely be returning back as a resident but have to take a break for personal finances. Every time I've called, they've been more than helpful and kind
Location is great between St. Pete, Ybor, and Tampa. Cutest balconies that overlook the community pool and all the inside greenery. Can't wait to come back!
Super clean property in great location. The new Property manager Jimmie is a God send. He answered every question I had and was very patient.
The plumbing is so bad, I don't know how this wasn't yet reported to the city and the company in charge fined to high heaven. Like clockwork, after every time it rains, the toilets get backed up. Even after maintenance gets to it, it may work temporarily until it inevitably backs up again. This isn't specific to just one apartment, but it is complex wide, as this was confirmed by multiple tenants who live there. Imagine paying $1800–2000+ per month to have unreliable toilets! There is no indication that they intend to fix the root issue either. They seem to be more concerned with rental referrals, as evidenced by the crooked banner on the front, rather than the company putting up their own capital to improve the infrastructure—passing the buck onto the tenants instead. This is the activity representative of slumlords. And for the "owner" who will likely respond with the copy and paste message—no, I will not write to your email address. You know well what the issues are.
The dryers haven’t worked for over a week. How is that possible? Mgmt has been aware for at least a week that dryers weren’t working. The company (CSC) that manages the laundry room finally tried to service them today 5/3. As many residents had posted paper signs that dryers weren’t working, CSC wrote on those same signs that there was no gas to run the dryers.
The entire complex is a poorly managed, structural nightmare! Word to future tenants, do your due diligence before signing anything! Check health code violations on the pool area, police reports at the property address, and code enforcement violations with City of Tampa, and make sure you inspect your apartment before execution of your lease agreement.
On the up side, the Property is situated in a great location.as long as you don't mind the occasional homeless person washing their clothes or taking a bath in the swimming pool. *shrug*
Tranquility in the city. So happy I moved here. Great neighbors, clean, and friendly leasing office.
This place is amazing! Great price for a great apartment. Modern amenities, safe, centrally located. Common areas are well maintained and clean.
I lived there in the past, very nice, centrally located, maintenence on point. Would highly recommend!
I recently just moved into Manhattan Flats about a month ago and I love it! The move in was very smooth and they were very quick to fix any issues we had. The location is unbeatable, so close to downtown, the airport, mall, grocery stores and great restaurants. Such a beautiful neighborhood easy for walks and appreciating the mature landscape in and outside of the apartment complex. Everything is well kept and everyone that lives here is nice and respectful. I feel very safe living here and definitely would recommend to a friend!
I’ve loved living here. It’s in a great location that’s close to everything you could need. The mall and Walgreens is right across the street, there’s a Publix nearby, and there’s tons of food options around. Two gas stations across the street as well. The other tenants I’ve met have been very friendly. The landscaping team comes very often and it always looks great. There’s so many beautiful trees and plants in the courtyard. The pool is nice too. There’s a fire pit, hammock, grill, and dog washing station. Sometimes the laundry room can get crowded and sometimes machines are out of order but it’s never been a big deal. The layout of the two bedroom units are nice, too. A lot of cabinet space in the kitchen but not so much the bathroom. The master bedroom is pretty spacious with a decent closet. The patios for each unit are big, too. Overall I’ve enjoyed my time here and would definitely renew.
