I would not recommend them to other departments. They are completely useless and lazy, so that pretty much indicates that Manno's is going to go down hill now. And watch out for the new owner, she is a piece of work. Accusatory and condescending toward customers, rude, and she thinks that only her opinions matter. And if you try to argue with her that she is wrong she throws you out of her store then follows you out to the parking lot watching you. Very aggressive. People like that can easily find themselves in a lot of trouble or put themselves in a dangerous situation. Avoid her and this place at all costs!
Great little police shop in the Palm Beach area. The don’t carry all departments gear for the obvious reason that they don’t see enough of those officers.
Kind and fast customer service, and was a help with last minute high gloss oxfords.
If you have any police, firefighter, for crossing guard needs this place has you covered. They have an on-site seamstress that knows what she's doing and does not nickel-and-dime you.
Not a great supply of ready to buy equipment. If you need something right away chances are they will have to order it. Counter staff not too helpful or friendly.
