Manpower is excellent. Very communicative and personal enough to speak with at any regular working hour of a weekday. They kept me employed and even while taking positions elsewhere they kept in touch in case anything changed. Love manpower agency they are the best I've seen in a decade and I've worked with many temp agencies.

They're no different from other employment agencies. The agency is mediocre like other temp agencies. The way they treat the temp employees based on my personal experience. They have bad customer service, particularly, the 1-800 Manpower Associate dept number. I had bad experience with some of the reps thru this dept. (which is a call center located in the Philippines), because some of them don't really like to help or would rather be incompetent. Unfortunately, the Jax office staff here in Jacksonville didn't care even if the reps were not helpful. My last contact with them over the phone was disappointing (one of the Jax office staff named Amanda I believe), and I was needing assistance with something related to HR. It seems that they don't even care about the reviews they receive here on Google.
