I would like to thank Angelina Escandon for the wonderful experiment I had with her. She was very helpful, patient and informative. She was very sweet and hands on. My experience with Angelina was great, Mar Lago is lucky to have her. The process of applying and moving in went so smooth due to her excellent help, advice and involvement. Very happy resident

I love the apartment units there are big and luxurious. All of the salespersons in the office are very helpful and pleasant to work with. The maintenance personnel keeps the area around the community super clean and especially the trash bin. In addition they resolve any repair issues (s) immediately, by the time; I return back from work it is done. The rent units are reasonably priced and the apartment complex is close to the I595 & I75 and the Sawgrass mill mall.

I had a whole bunch of questions and called several times and she was still kind. I’ve been looking for a home and have come across people who try to rush me off the phone but that wasn’t the case in this situation. I even emailed the supervisor and she responded quickly. The review from Magalie Rigaud was really submitted by me but I was signed into my mom’s email lol. I was Very pleased!

The employees in the front office are always nice and welcoming. Maintenance is pretty quick with getting to order requests. I would give them 5 stars.however, the rent is very high for the size you get, there are always iguanas in our attic making noise and getting in from the outside vents, and the playground has been closed for a year and nothing has been done about that. My vehicles have been broken into 3 times and 3 of our bikes (mine, husband's, and daugher's) were cut at the lock and stolen and we believe this is from kids who live in the mobile homes across the street. We did not replace the bikes because we do not want them stolen again. Our ac always cuts off and freezes and we have to wait for it to thaw and use the main switch to fix it. Almost all the outlets are too large and do not hold plugs tightly, so they are useless. The company who owns the apartment is not helpful in anyway about working with its tenants in regard to rent price. I regret moving here for the time I have been here. I hope I do not run into problems with the deposit return when I leave. The place is in great condition but I read reviews that tenants had issues getting the deposit back.

Great staff, amenities, & location. Love the apartments! Staff is very friendly and helpful.
