2This place is a hit or miss for working pumps. Today, was another “miss” I inserted my debit card and it gave me a message “keep card inserted until prompted for next step” next step never happened! I tried one more time, failed again! I walked in the store to pay inside. Inserted card but unfortunately did not remember my PIN #. Clerk suggested try again and enter “credit” clearly their machines doesn’t give me that option! I walked out and went elsewhere. I DON’T APPRECIATE BEING INCONVENIENCED BY NOT BEING ABLE TO PAY AT THE PUMPS AND/OR CLERK NOT BEING HELPFUL!
This is a place where you pay for a carwash of practically 10 dollars and the machine offers you a service of 4 dollars the minimum, they only give you a spray of watery liquid foam, the truth is what they are doing is a robbery because if we pay for a service that is what they should give us, exorting the administration of this place to review the system so as not to disrespect or abuse the clients who use that service
