Bring it to the expensive, mediocre dealer with the questionable service. If you bring yours here, this awesome third generation of experts might not have time for mine!

They won't void your factory/dealer warranty. They know how to work within those rules without a problem.
They educate you, look for ways to find cost savings, remind you what your car would cost to replace and how many years young it really is!
There is low to almost no mechanic turnover - same great staff for years.
If they can't do it (interior fabric headliner, buffing out headlights), they'll give you great recommendations on where to take it.
If they weren't here in town, I'd still feel great driving an hour to see them!
