6Horrible experience! I arrived at 2: 15pm on a Saturday when they close at 3pm and they told me I had to leave because they close at 2: 30pm. I’m like but the signs says 3pm. All employees stopped working to tell me to leave and I told them I wouldn’t.
Customer service or convenience is never great in these Cuban travel agencies but these guys are not too bad
The worse costumer services ever I’m asking for car pricing and they are selling me a fly, please focus yourself in a question and against of that they have attitude that’s not costumer service
HIALEAH Agency Worst customers Service I have experienced! Employees have no desire to help customers. They don’t see anyone past 5: 00 pm to do legal paperwork even though regular closing time is 6: 00 pm.
I don’t recommend this Agency Marazul Charters for any legal paperwork needs.

El peor servicio lo tienen ellos. Nunca contestan el teléfono y son más que odiosos al responder tu pregunta con la intención de colgarte el teléfono sin niciquiera preguntarte en que más te pueden ayudar
Great experience. I booked with Marazul after Havanaair canceled my reservation. Customer service was very helpful. My flight left on time.
