The staff carried an attitude of not wanting to be there let alone doing the work. Things have been better at this establishment.

I found the prices a little high but the ice cream was really good. It was my first time there.

This was my first time at a Marble Slab. It was Unimpressive and had no flavor. Won't do it again.

The ice cream is great, the wait was too long. There were only 3 employees on Friday night.

Great ice cream but the service is absolutely horrible. The girl that took our order was so rude, she looked disgusted the entire time she was preparing our ice cream. Once we got to the register she didn’t say a word to us besides the total and “can you sign this? ”. Didn’t even make eye contact, say thank you, or anything. On another note, there was another young girl in there who was great. She seemed to be the manager but props to her for being able to work with her unhappy/rude coworkers while also maintaining a positive attitude towards her customers.

This place is amazing. The flavors are so different than what you find at most stores. I just found my new favorite icecream shop

Went in to get a birthday cake waited in a long line just for the all the workers to look at each other asking if one of them knew how to write on a cake. So then one of the workers looks at me and says none of us know how to write on the cake. I had to end up buying a blank cake they didn't even offer any discount to make up for it. All the workers looked confused. I only still got it because my sister sent me there, if it was for me I would have just left due to the terrible service and not trained staff.

Rude service. We were the only ones in there when we came in and no greeting. Girl named Aubrey scowled at us and acted put out to have to take our order. Added a tiny amount of add in. And then a scoop on top of the mixed ice cream to fill the cup.

They had endless options the employees were very sweet and fast paced. It tasted delicious also

No matter the time of day or season Marble Slab ice cream is definitely one of PENSACOLAs best mood changers. We love it

I love marble slab ice cream! I can have rocky road ice cream my way with real marshmallows, dark chocolate ice cream, almonds and tine chocolate chips.

We love going to this place. Great ice cream with many flavors to choose from. Not only that, the variety of toppings available are amazing: brownies, sprinkles, cookies, chocolates etc. The service is not bad either. And even the small size is packed and very satisfying. You can get 3 flavors I think per container. My kid loves this place!

Who doesn't love thick artery clogging ice cream or milk shakes with chocolate in crusted waffle cones?

I went in because I wanted a real, genuine waffle cone, and they did not disappoint! There was a waiting line, but to me, that's a good thing because it means people have already figured out the products are worth a wait.
So waiting in line, I was thinking that it's probably ice cream they get from a big supply place like Sisco foods. But I'll tell ya what, that was the best hand-scooped butter pecan ice cream I've had, and the waffle come was spot on. Not only was it delicious, but they pile it on!

I used to love going here but the customer service has been pretty bad lately. Tonight there were two boys working and they didn’t engage with the customers at all with miserable facial expressions. They asked your order and then continued their conversation between each other. The one with the darker hair had is AirPods in the whole time and also made my ice cream wrong. Customer service is just not the same anymore.

I had no idea such delighted were in this place. I've never had ice cream like what they serve. Incredible!

The girls working dont know what they're doing. We got 4 icecreams. 3 were melted and dripping down the cones before we could wven pay. By the time we set down. It was a complete mess.
