Marc Jacobs - Boca Raton

So I stumbled into this store while I was walking past because when I looked in I saw such friendly face welcoming me to come in because I looked curious. This ll friendly face’s name was Adrian. He was so well dressed, put together, well mannered, kind and helpful that I almost ended up leaving with everything in the store lol. I ended up buying a new release called “the sack bag” I’m in love with it. I love wearing it and it’s such a statement piece like he said, when I have to set it down anywhere. It’s not just a bag it’s a moment.

I called the store this morning because I was looking for a wallet in one of the summer colors. Turns out the summer colors were getting sent back to make room for the fall collection. Martha and Victor were so incredibly kind to find what I was looking for in the many boxes. When I walked into the store they greeted me by name and I felt so welcome. While Victor wrapped up my wallet, Martha showed me the new collection and I ended up finding another bag I needed! These two made my experience just so wonderful, I am so grateful! Will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved the staff & their energy! They helped so much and was so patient with me being indecisive. Great purchase & great team!

The staff at this location is amazing, especially the supervisor KeKe. I was looking for a specific clothing set to gift my mother and she was able to find it at another location and assist with having the item shipped to me. The staff will definitely take care of you and make sure that you are satisfied. I will definitely return to this location for future purchases. Thank you guys!

Nice store but sad part is when you open a store you do promotions and have sale items. Like other brands do. They have cute things but I would rather get my items on sale. I love few things but not paying full price and i doubt anything in this will have a sale. But Let's see how this store does 3 stars for not having grand opening promotions.
