Not a great experience, you have to wait a long time before anyone can assist you, and another thing i suggest they need to do is shampoo the interior in the car. Its a good thing im putting more money down at another dealership with thee best customer service. Toyota.my opinion

I bought a 2007 Mustang GT Extra there. It’s a great car and you know when it’s coming. All the people there are like family. The Hispanic lady there is beautiful and Rose Mary is very helpful. Even the salesman is just like a step brother I used to beat up.

Came in with bad credit went out with a great Truck. Frankie and his team made it happen when no one else could. And I tried multiple places.

Very unorganized. They don’t honor their word. You will end up paying a lot more than sticker price so don’t let that fool you. They never have “enough employees” I wonder why? Do not trust!

Even without well-established credit history, they got me into the truck I wanted without any hassle-a 2012 Ridgeline. Frankie, Carolyne, and Rosemary were all happy to help, transparent about the financials, and enjoyable to talk with.

As far as the overall condition of the truck? Drove it two hours on the highway back home, and have proceeded to put about ~500 more miles on it (mostly highway) without issue. Just do yourself a favor, research and understand what that particular model of vehicle will likely need in maintenance where it's at in life. If you do that, you'll be fine. Consider hiring a mechanic to inspect the vehicle if you aren't handy, and keep a few hundred in the back pocket for inevitable expenses. This truck was cash-priced below KBB, but the only thing I've found to be any issue is an approaching need for tires and brake pads. After a $40 trip to AutoZone and an hour or two later slapping on some ceramic pads, I'm back on the road until I find a decent deal on tires. I'd say I'm pretty happy with what I got.
