16Everybody but one is helpful and professional. The over weight bald guy has a serious attitude problem. I went by to pick up some supply and when I saw door open Was 6 ft back from door even thought there is tape about 9.5 ft from door. This rude guy didn't say "can you please move back to tape" in a polite manner.but no.he was yelling in a loud obnoxious way as though I was a child. If it wasn't for my patience, I would have smacked him over head.even 4 hours later, I am still upset for his rudeness. With so many people needing a job, he should be more professional. If I was management, I would send him home for a week without pay.or better yet. FIRED.
Im a account holder and they treated me this way imagine a regular customer goes through.at 450 p.m. I showed up some old guy bearly able to walk (thank god unless i would of been screwed) comes running behind the counter to close the door at 450 pm smh.luckily I opened before he did so he had to let me in.but the guy was frustrated that i shopped during business hours.these guys are pathetic.marcone doral is better
Great people working there. But for some reason when I call. It goes straight to Jacksonville. I want to know if they have the parts I need so I dont have to drive over there and tell me we dont have it.
I'm not happy with their customer service they're not very organized with inventory already had problems returning parts to this store that they don't accept returns and ordered parts in their store for pickup that they don't have and paid for I wasted my time twice going to this location rather than going to the one in Doral which I have no problems with very disappointed.
I've had an account with Marcone for over 30 years I'm very happy with their service the only problem is that their prices need to be more competitive, I know other companies that are now buying from Amazon because their prices are lower
I own a local service company with 3 technicians and was looking for a supplier in Pompano beach area, They offered 10% off the price over the phone until we will establish an account for the company, then in the store they can't do it.
Their prices are insanely higher than anywhere else. Why I didn't buy somewhere else? Because they had the part available, so I thought giving them a chance. I should have bought the part off our regular supplier and get it tomorrow.lesson learned.

Although the people working there are nice enough and they had the parts that I needed, they gouge walk-in customers (non-account holders). I complained and they gave me a miniscule discount. Today was my first time there and it was also my last. I can not recommend the place to anyone. I Could have saved 75$ From their “discounted” price had I gone the online route. This is why brick and motar stores close. Greediness. Almost 100% markup online pricing on 2 simple stove switches.

The parts they gave me looked and worked like some China man paddle them across the ocean threw a typhoon. Rusted and lasted about one cycle of clothes
Requires credit card to order items but doesn't take credit card over the phone as payment. They have hard to find parts on hand. Great service, polite employees.
The location shown is wrong. Its 1 traffic light South of Copans Road on the East side of Powerline Road. NorthEast corner NE 18th Street and Powerlibe Road, on the North end of the plaza.
Rude overpriced, sign states products carried but they don't have in stock ever, they order it. I can do that price online amazon $12 free shipping their price $60. Everytime we need something for a client we always end up ordering online
