Marco's Pizza, Lehigh Acres FL

Our order was over 30mins late. When we called to ask about our order we were pit on hold 3 times for a total of 25mins.

I recently ordered one pizza bowl and I was little shocked that the price went from about $7 per bowl to $11 in less than 6 months. The lady on the phone told me about 12 minutes for pick up of the pizza bowl. I arrived at Marco's pizza almost exactly 12 minutes after she gave me the time. I came into the location and I gave the person behind the counter my name and she said that it was not ready yet. I waited inside and watched for all pizzas coming up. Finally after 35 minutes the employee realized that my pizza bowl had been sitting on the warmer the whole time and I could have left when I first arrived. Very poor management. It's dissapointing because the food is good.

Very great job on the pizza but very expensive and delivery takes forever and I live down the street from them.

We had a German roach in our pizza box! And when I called to complain they asked if we wanted another one and of course we did not. We asked for a refund and they asked if they could come get the pizza. Not once stated they were sorry for the nasty inconvenience! Instead they were more concerned with picking up the pizza. Do NOT order from them!

Ordered a custom small pizza and they sent me the wrong pizza 3 times and delivery takes over a hour to get to me and I live 10 minutes away.paid $17 and tipped the delivery driver each time cause it’s not their fault. Never ordering from here again absolutely ridiculous! Ordered my pizza at 5 and it’s now 8 and still not getting the right order

I did not expect to find a gluten free crust when I came down to visit my Aunt in Florida. I was pleasantly surprised, especially since I love thin crusts.

I come here often. I’ve had tons of mess up lately. Pizza is never cut properly and you can’t break the pizza apart, no gloves, no hand washing, pretty upset about this one. Going to take a lot to make me want to spend my money there again. Love how the food tastes but come on. Cut it properly.

I had a not so pleasant experience at the Marcos on 4316 Lee boulevard. When I explained the lack of sanitation incident to the Mgr of the bell boulevard location (DK) he apologized because it is a reflection on The Marco Pizza name. The manager, DK gave me chicken wings and assured me that his store sanitized before touching the food.

Ist time trying Marco's Pizza. Tried the pizza bowl. I'm never eating regular pizza again. Yum! The meatball sub was just right too.

Bunch of workers who don’t care about anything. They’re rude and have zero work ethic. My food was late and they played on the phones hanging up so I couldn’t complain.

Cool staff. Fast service. Chain restaurant like a Pizza hut. Good pizza not great but good for a quick fix.

We ordered 2 medium pizzas yesterday and not only were they delivered hot they were sooner than we thought. Best pizza we have had in a long time!

Just got our food got home they gave us the wrong chicken when we called all they could say is bring it back it's 9 pm no other salutations really first and last time

Ordered on line. Said would be ready in 20 minutes. When I got there they were just working on it. But the young lady was a delight to talk to. She was very friendly.

I can't say enough great things about Marco's Pizza. I had it years ago and wasn't impressed. My brother kept telling me to give it another try. He ordered some when I visited and now I've had it at my home 3 times in a few weeks. Great tasting, hot and fresh. Arrived fast and delivery driver was thankful for the tip. I'm A Marco's Pizza guy now.
