Marco's Pizza, Kissimmee FL

I decide to order Marco's pizza for the first time. WRONG thing to do.my order was $32
It took almost 2 hour between the order and the delivery. I call the store and all the said was sorry the driver went to the wrong address.if the pizza is cold we will redo the order. I had to address the driver to get to my house.and to complete the driver ask 3 times no tip.no tip no tip. I was going to give him 5 dollars. But after all they didn't deserve it.

First time having Marcos Pizza. This pizza was amazing! Will definitely eat from here again when in this area!

Absolutely delicious pizza. Replacement level wings. Friendly service. Clean beautiful place even though it's in a strip mall

This is based on other chain pizza restaurants.

This one is the best hands down. Their crust is really good. Good amount of cheese and sauce. Some of the items are a little on the pricier side (subs), but they always have good specials.

The pizza is too notch compared to other chains. The employees are always very friendly and attentive. I always order online and never have gotten an order wrong.

Only downside are the sub toppings. I asked for added lettuce. They put it on the side and it's barely enough to cover the sub and their tomatoes were tiny. Overall, a decent sub for two people.

I definitely recommend this spot over other chains any day.

They are unprofessional and the worst customer service ever! I will not recommend this place to no one especially the one on west vine street! VERY BAD SERVICE!

Place is decent. The pizza was good actually, as for the customer service it wasnt that great. The place was dirty and the only person who seemed to care was the manager who fixed all the tables and chairs and picked up all the trash. The place had people coming in and out so they must be doing something right. ‍️

I order a delivery and they told me 25minutes its been 45 minutes now and I call and they left me on hold for 5 minutes called back and they told me that it will take 10 more minutes. WORST EXPERIENCE OF DELIVERY EVER! DID NOT EVEN GET A CALL AND ON TOP OF THAT IM PREGNANT. HORRIBLE SERVICE

Can i give minus stars.wish i could.like everyone else i now read on many reviews i found out its normal practice.ordered my pizza after 4 calls finally got my pizza 1 1/2 hours later, cold and nasty to the point I thru it in the garbage after 2 bites. I would never recommend them, i based trying them by there nice ads on tv but i will stick with papa johns who is efficient and on time or earlier.check several sites like yelp etc you will see it is a normal complaint.tsk tsk not good to false advertise.

Very disappointed! Ordered food online and on the website they advertise two free sides with chicken wings but when I got my food it turns out that it was two free sauces not sides! When I called the store they told me they don’t know why it says sides not sauces and instead of offering a solution they did nothing and pretty much said there’s nothing they can do! Very misleading and chicken wings tasted uncooked and flavorless will never order from here again!

Best pizza that I have had in years! I am so glad that I decided to order from Marco's tonight and not Papa John's. They will be getting my business from now on. It's funny because my dad who lives in California asked if I heard of this place and I said no. I am so glad I looked it up.

We ordered a pizza via the internet and went to pick it up. When my husband arrived at the time given (45 minutes later), not only had they not started making the pizza, but they asked him 3 different times what his name was and what kind of pizza did he order. When my husband asked if there was a problem one of the employees replied "they're all new and don't know what they are doing".
My husband arrived back home with an average tasting pizza. No apologies were given for the delay and lack of customer service. We will not be back.

I received a flier in my mailbox at work and looked at the pictures of the pizza and told my co-worker we should order pizza for lunch. She agreed the pictures on the flier and online menu looked amazing. So of course we had to try you guys. When I called to place our lunch order Brian was the one that took the call. He was very friendly and helpful as this was our first time ordering from Marco's. We definitely will be coming back. The food and customer service was amazing!
