Online says the store is closed, but they are clearly open they WILL NOT honor online pricing even though I can't order online smh

Don’t use this place. Their employees will steal your credit card information when you pay and spend $1200 on a new phone at at&t.

Update. Manager promised to look at cameras. Never returned phone call. Owner was promised to call on Monday. Has not. Poor execution on both management. And ownership. If stay far from this business unless you want them to do the same thing to you.

I'm in love with the deluxe pizza plus I add on a couple more item's and it holds up well their crust is great. Thanks Marcos team in plant city.

How our delivery came from Marcos Plant City, Store #8031. I guess none of the 15% tip I included with our order went to the driver. 2nd timer this has happened on our office order. Normally very good service from this location.

Sorry Marcos, I ordered delivery twice, and both times the pizza was late, the crust was tough, which means it sat in a warmer too long. The last time, it took an hour or more to get a pizza from a mile and a half away. I was very disappointed, and ready to give u my bi weekly business over howie's. I had 2 snacks while I waited for my dinner. It WAS tasty tho, and tasted authentic. I would recommend ordering in, or for pickup.

Employee didn't wash hands after leaving bathroom, didn't use gloves, went straight to handling my sub. I threw it away

Not bad everyone has there own favorite style of pizza Marco's pizza has that in spades. Now if your thinking pizza tonight then order here over the others in the local area. So you might be asking why not a full 5 stars then? Well everyone has the pizza style they like over others Marco's is not that style. Other pizza places would only get 3 or even less In the plantcity FL area.

Fresh high quality ingredients you can taste. And they have options for Keto as well. Reasonable price for what you get. They are open for take out only right now.

Pizza is good, definitely. But every single time we ask for red pepper packets they never give us any. It's really annoying honestly. I know its a small thing, but it makes a big difference in taste. And since it is such a small detail, I don't see why its so hard for any human being to put it in the box. Do you guys do it on purpose or something? I mean, why is it an option for online ordering if it doesn't get done?

I'm not sure who runs this place, but you guys have been nose diving for the last 3 months. Garbage customer service, garbage delivery service & food

I would like to thank yall up there in Marco's Pizza. I appreciate the great food and the good service yall provide us out here.ordered pizza an wings tonight and I think it's always hot and good and service is always professional and food gets delivered quickly.

No matter what I order from you, or from which store it comes, it always tastes like old butter. Would not recommend.

The food is amazing! The pizza has one of the best cheese and toppings that we've had in a long time. The bbg wings actually had a little meat on them lol they were fresh and delicious. However they were understaffed and the man running the store at that moment was pretty rude

I ordered online and I didn't have an account, so it kept kicking me off. I would suggest making your account and then ordering. The specialty customized pizza I ordered was fantastic. I also ordered a medium pepperoni with light sauce for my girls and it was not light sauce. Next time I'll call so I can be sure to get light sauce. Over all it was good pizza and a good experience. They were very quick. It takes me 12 minutes to get there and everything was ready when I pulled in. I'm only giving it four stars because I had difficulty ordering online and the light sauce pizza wasn't light sauce.

Worst pizza ever. There was only a tablespoon on sauce on the pizza so the cheese and crust were burnt. CHECK YOUR PIZZA BEFORE YOU PAY!

I ordered a gluten free pizza online and when i came in they had messed up the order. INSTEAD OF FIXING THE NEW OWNER WAS TERRIBLY RUDE AND MADE ME PAY FOR ANOTHER PIZZA TOLD ME IT WAS HIS FOOD EXPENSES. I screened shot the web order and he still didn't care never again will i eat here and i used to go all the time terrible customer service.

I placed and online and the website gives you a 10 minute approximation of when the order is ready for pickup. I walked in at the beginning of that 10 minute approximation and inquired if the order was ready. The manager made a comment in the back to the person looking up my order after they told me it wasn't made yet but they would make it at that moment. The manager said "why would they show up early for their pizza? " I was merely there to pick up as soon as it was done to ensure on my part that it would be as fresh as possible. I felt like that comment was unprofessional and uncalled for no matter what the circumstances. The pizza sauce was real light and dried the pizza out after 15 minutes. Overall not pleased. Management is to blame since it all starts with leadership.

I no longer live in the area but when I did, this was my go to pizza place! The food is amazing and the staff as well!
