Marco's Pizza, Lithia FL

This is our favorite location to come to. They always keep the inside and outside of the facility clean. The pizza is always ready on time. We also love the customer service we receive each time we visit!

By far the worst Marcos Pizza store in this area. Save your time and money go to the store in Riverview. This store is terribly mismanaged and short staffed. The general manager will give you every excuse under the sun for the reason this store is terrible. Buyer beware, save yourself the time and frustration.

In my opinion Marco's pizza of Fishawk location is the best of all nearby locations. The secret in my opinion is in the sauce. If you like toppings on dough, don't go there. If you were raised in or near an Italian neighborhood, this is the real deal.

Quick and clean. Different managers do things differently. Some days it's 5 star worthy, other days mediocre.

Marco's used to be my go-to until they kept messing up my special order of double cut so then I went to fishhawk pizza which was great.up until they changed locations now the food taste different. So, I went back to Marcos which the pizza came out pretty good BUT was super small. A large was more like a medium. I was dumbfounded. Ended up having to order two more "larges". If they called them a medium I'd be satisfied and it wouldn't feel like I was misled.

I usually don’t leave reviews but am really sad about this. I ordered a pizza at 7: 10 pm with a 45-1 hour estimate delivery. I waited the hour and then called to verify my address in case they took it down wrong. It was correct. We only live 8 minutes away. My husband called 20 minutes later to see what was going on because the pizza still wasn’t here. They said they had some chaos in the restaurant but it should be 10 minutes away. My husband asked for a refund. They offered a partial. We waited until 9: 00 pm and called again, cause still no pizza. My husband asked for a refund. They agreed to it, however we put our kids to bed an hour late and finally just ate popcorn and peanut butter and jelly sandwich’s for dinner (because we hadn’t gone grocery shopping - it’s why we ordered the pizza) unfortunately grocery store closes at 9 so at this point couldn’t go out and grab something to make!

Lol by the way the pizza NEVER showed up!

I had their pizza once before, it was delicious…. But the service really sucked this time and honestly ruined a great “‘movie and pizza night” for the kids

Update: we got a text from our neighbor the next morning with a photo of our pizza on their doorstep. They weren’t home last night to answer the door. If someone’s not home to accept the pizza- then you probably have the wrong home. Need to be thorough enough to check the numbers on the house you are delivering food to!

I have not ordered from here for over 1 year and I never do delivery, but since I was unable to leave the house since I had kids here, I ordered delivery. I usually use online ordering when I can.
Order was placed online at 5: 38pm with an estimated delivery time of 66 min later.

Came early at 6: 15pm, which was great, but when I opened the boxes on the counter, they had forgotten our extra $2 of dipping sauces. The driver had left. I immediately called the store (within minutes of the driver leaving) and they took my number, said they would call her and then call me back in just a few minutes.
About 20 min later, I called the store again and they said it would be 50-60 min to bring back dipping sauces or they could give me $5 to use on a future visit, but I would have to call to use it (no online ordering).

I am opting for the dipping sauces, since my kids were looking forward to them and am currently waiting for their return. At least they can use them on reheated pizza or pizza from another store.

Pizza was good and delivery time was good, but watch out to make sure that you have all of your order before letting the driver leave.

Update.
Just returned (only about 15-20 min later) with the dipping sauces, so now I have happy kids! Appreciate that they made an effort to fix the problem!

This location closes at 11pm on Saturdays. I came in at 10pm the pizza was ready in 15 minutes and they told us that we had to leave because they were closing. Me and my 4 kids ended up eating in the parking lot. So basically they close at 10 if you are the owner I suggest you change your hours that are written on the door and teach your employees better customer service. The guy at the front rolled his eyes when we came in.

Awesome pizza. I just wish you delivered to my area disabled and cant drive. 5.1 miles just slightly out of area

The food was ok. I didn’t think there was a ton of difference between the NY crust and original. The xl magnifico pizza was the best tasting one, but after we found a hair in the first piece, we threw it out. Waste of money. That’s the reason for the 2 stars. Otherwise probably would have been 3 1/2 stars.

Great sushi, very fresh. Struggling to maintain social distancing restrictions and still provide good service, but at least they're trying. Quality of the food made it worth the hassle.

They have the best pizza I ever tried! Simply love it! & they have all kind of offers!

The pizza here is delicious, and the employees are always so friendly! We order Marco's often and it is consistently great! I have to eat gluten-free and their GF crust is amazing! One of the best I have tried.

I had a great experience at Marco's! Friendly staff and the pizza was ready right on time. Highly recommended.

Pizza was great I had to pick it up because it was out of my delivery area but didn't mind. When I get there I was greeted with a smile and a friendly smile he srore was clean and organized I would recommend if you want a good pizza for a decent price.
