Marco's Pizza, North Port FL

Nice, clean and friendly staff. The pizza was delicious! They are not stingy when it comes to adding toppings too.

We ordered 2 pizzas and both of them was made wrong in which we called and ask for the Manger he told us that there was nothing that he could do. We had ordered a small deluxe and got a large he said that you got more then you paid for! We ask how he was going to fix our order and he said he wasn't going to because we got more then we ordered. We did not get want we ordered. With today's economy every penny counts we ended up paying for a large deluxe when we ordered a small and a medium pizza to begin with not a large. We have always supported Marco's ever since they came to our town today is the last time

Really the best time to go is on a day with a full moon. They have 50% off those days. Their food is really good, but the actual place is so small that it can be a little suffocating when more than 4 people are in there.

The worst delivery man. Pizza was good but this guys berated my husband becuz of tip. We tipped 15% over the phone and we had cash in our hand to add but before that happened he absolutely acted awful. He was awful!

Had coupon for med pizza specialty1199, good date 4 28 23, they would not except it, they lost custom.

Ordered a deluxe for pick up it was good
the pizza is always good here and the workers are friendly
I would recommend the deluxe on thin crust and remove the mushrooms and add black olives

Order three pizzas which were good, also ordered chicken wings for one of my guest that did not like Marcos pizza. Unfortunately it was really bread crumbs for the birds! I would have just ignored this. But I ordered
pizza not long ago, when new owners took over and the pizza was hours old and complained and was told by person at that moment in charge we will reimburse full order and honestly should of been more because it was not eatable! Well that was a lie never reimbursed! Well now I'm here! I did love Marcos! After this I’m thinking Pizza Hut, their chicken is not as small atleast!

We order out a lot, it's good and quick. Bought 2 mediums for a special price and froze one, warmed it on a vented pan 425° for 12 minutes good as restaurant take home.

This may have been a top 10 worst meat lovers pizza. Ordered for pickup at 615 on Sat 2/11. Got there at 605 and my pizza already under the hot lamp. Absolutely traces of sauce and crust 5 minutes undercooked. Guy making the pizza tonight needs to find a new job. Meat lovers means lots of meat. Not a sprinkling of 4 toppings. $19.99 for an 8 piece large by the way is awful value. How many slices in a small then 4? Skip this location. Trust me, their pizza shows zero effort

I order almost weekly from this location. The experience is inconsistent, but it never bothered me much until now. Last Fri, I ordered delivery.always get carryout since. 1 miles from my house, but I was drained. Paid almost 11 bucks between fee and tip for the luxury of delivery on 27 bucks worth of pizza. Estimate 45 minutes.already a bit crazy considering proximity but whatever. 45 minutes passes, app says order is still being made so I called. They said it is out for delivery, and before I could respond, hung up. 18 minutes later, I get cold pizza and cold chicken. Responded to survey and requested to be contacted, and sent additional correspondence via their website requesting refund. I ate the cold gross food because we were starving and had company, but I certainly don't think I should have to pay AND TIP for both gross food and late delivery. They have not responded, and it has been a week. So, they lost a weekly customer permanently. I do not recommend.

Bad experience, something that should never happen to a Customer happened. Told a certain time to pick up my pizza, 45 min later, gave me a cold pizza to take home l had already paid for. I understand that mistakes happen, but a good business will attempt to make it right, this never happened, I will never be back there again, not even for a free one.

I walked in to order a pizza not only was the guy at the counter brewed but him and another woman were carrying on about customers and splitting a pizza in half and he said it was too time-consuming and they were cussing the whole time and then he literally asked her if he can argue with the customer fight and she said no I'll get a complaint and then they just started causing more like I wasn't even there.
Just off of that alone I will never order food here again because if you have that lack of respect to cause in front of customers and treat customers like dirt and what are you doing to the pizzas when we can't see.
I will be calling corporate and letting them know

If I could leave zero stars I would. Absolutely lazy staff while preparing food, delivery drivers took an additional +30 minutes on an hour wait, not to mention a disrespectful face on the unhappy employees. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Although, the pizza is good the customer service is not. I called to have pizza delivered to my house today. Keep in mind it was delivered last week with no issues and the lady that answered phone took my phone number and just sat there till I said my address is and then she stopped me and said yeah I know what your address is but you are outside our delivery area (I am 3 miles from them). I then commented oh but they delivered last week and said nothing about that and she just stated yeah they shouldn't have. I wish I got her name but did not

Fairly quick but I ordered a Greek salad specifically and paid more for the dressings and didn’t get any dressing.

We have been going to the North Port Marcos for a long time. Yesterday we picked up a pizza and it was the worst we ever had. The sauce tasted different and the amount was low. The crazy cut on the pizza was odd several giant cuts and then tiny cuts. Not sure what's going on but we heard it's under new management. Hope they can work things out or we may be done with this location.
